I have been waiting for this to open!! Great customer service! Very friendly but not pushy at all! Best of all they have most products in stock! I used to go to the Cosmetic Market but they were always out of product. Sephora is much better, and often have great specials and the newest products before every one else! If you are a product junkie this is a must for you!
Pros: VERY FRIENDLY SERVICE, NOT PUSHY AT ALL, IN STOCK ITEMS! GREAT VARIETY!!
Cons: PARKING!!!!

I love Sephora. I have been waiting for it to open and I am so thrilled that Nashville opened one. Having been to several all over the USA I have to say that this is BY FAR the most beautiful and friendliest staff I have ever seen. They greet you at the door, they ask if you need assistance, and I was treated wonderfully. The girl that helped me with Bare Minerals was an angel. Not pushy at all and extremely helpful. If you need a new look, or just want to check out some great cosmetics, stop by!
