Easy to use, friendly service

I've been ordering from Plumgood for about 6 months now, and I feel like it's the ultimate luxury without the price. I save on gas and can watch the total add up in my virtual cart the entire time I shop, so I know exactly how much I'm spending. It all arrives carefully packed (I don't know how they do it, but I've never had a broken egg or melted ice cream). They have a nice variety of natural/ethnic brands as well as the everyday brands, and the very few times I've had an issue with a missed item or something else, Jamie has always been so friendly and helpful in making sure it's corrected. There are a few everyday brands I like that they don't carry, and I really wish they would accept manufacturer coupons, but otherwise, I think it's a great service.

Delivered wrong order, rude customer service and management

I thought I found the jackpot when I found Plumgood Food. Free delivery, a seemingly endless selection of products, and food that I could just heat and eat.

Wrong....

After I chose what I wanted I had trouble during their very confusing checkout process. I didn't meet the minimum order requirement so I had to spend more money in order to take advantage of the free delievery. I was already mad at this point. When I got my order at 7 pm the next day it was already too late as I was going to use some of the order for the dinner I made friends that night! Not only that but it wasn't even what I ordered!

When I tried to call customer service to report the error I only got an answering machine! A day later I explained my situation to their rude customer service girl named Sara. She said "What do you want me to do?" When I told her I just wanted my groceries she said " well the earliest I can get them to you now is tomorrow" I asked to speak with her manager. When her manager jamie answered she was just as rude stating again that I had to wait another day to recieve my groceries.

I could have gone to Kroger or Publix three times by then. Buyer Beware Plumgood just doesn't have it together. Maybe they will figure it out but I will never use them again.

Best time saver!

I love Plumgood! The website is super easy to use and has a huge selection of products to choose from. I live in Clarksville, TN and they still deliver from Nashville for FREE! The product pricing seems about average and comparable to other grocery stores. I would most certainly recommend that everyone who seems short on time to check out this online grocery store!
