I love this place. I take everyone I know there if they are visiting or just have never been. I've gone alone, with one or two friends, and as a large group when renting out the whole place, and it never, never, never fails to amaze. It's squeaky clean and posh, with a beautiful painted ceiling, elegant decor, lots of TV's to watch while you're getting your mani or pedi, and the most massage chairs you've ever seen. The staff are all incredibly friendly and accommodating; they refill your wine glass (a very nice perk!), and are gentle and professional. I LOVE the Signature Pedicure with the salt scrub, masque, and warm towels... It's heavenly. Go there with a friend to relax and chat, or just by yourself to feel pampered at a very reasonable cost. It's the BEST!!!

Pros: Absolutely the best nail salon, anywhere!

Cons: None!

This salon is friendly, punctual, cost efficient and convenient. They offer great services at bargain prices with wonderful perks. Not only is the staff friendly and professional, they are helpful, accomodating and go above and beyond. I have been at various times--for weddings, days, nights, weekends, you name it, and it is always top notch. The manicurists are so friendly. It's the best deal in town!

Pros: Beverage service, relaxing, friendly, great prices

Cons: Can be busy

Absolutely love this place! Complimentary wine, sodas and water with any service. They take extra time for pedicures, giving you a great foot and calf massage. Every nail polish color in the world to choose from. Wonderful friendly staff who aim to please. Nice clients with few teens.

Pros: clean, pleasant staff, wine!

Cons: if you schedule an appt, be sure to ask if your tech will be availble when you arrive.

I don't get a lot of pedicures, but when I really need one, I only go to Signature. The people are very courteous, the chairs are comfortable, and the rates are reasonable!

How disappointed I am that i have spent the past three years as a loyal customer to Signature Nail Spa. I return there for weekly manicures and pedicures always tipping my manicurist 25%. On my most recent visit a terrible job was done and my polish was still wet the second day. Since this was not the first time this had happened i returned first thing after work the next day to have it fixed. Afer I had it fixed the manager informed me that I owed him $20 for a polish change and cursed at me, calling me names and telling me that he doesnt need nor care for my business. I was very polite about the matter and was shocked by his calling me names, and saying these things to me. Venetian nail spa right across the street is amazing, Signature came in and tried to steal their business and their customers. Unfortunately they conned me out of $20.00 and probably a lot of money over the years, but I hope that people will read this and realize this man does not deserve your money or your business. If he treats his customers terribly, I can only imagine how he treats his employees.

Pros: Convenient Location- however Venetian across the street is 10 times better!

Cons: Extremely rude staff members, Very immature unprofessional manager with a temper problem.

This is hands-down the best place for a manicure or pedicure in Nashville. Complimentary beverages and the best service techs in town. I would put it up against any place I have ever gotten my nails done ... even any spa or resort!

Pros: Free beverages (even wine), excellent quality services

Cons: Even though they take walk-ins, there is usually a wait. So, call in advance!

After going to a different nail spa for the past few years, a friend recommended we go to Signaure for pedicures and manicures. I'm so glad we did. The customer service was as good as the service itself. The nail technicians really took their time, doing an excellent job. I told the woman who provided my pedicure (Tracy) that I really loved the massage part of the pedicure, and she didn't scrimp on time at all. I was mush by the time she finished. My manicure was fabulous as well. Much care was taken to insure the best manicure. Nikki was the nail tech for my manicure. All in all.....I'd have to say, the nail services I had today were the best I've had in a long time.
