Woo + Wafa = The Best! I have been waxing and getting facials with Wafa for over 10 years and love her new home. The friendly atmosphere and positive vibe at Woo are a welcome change. From the time you book an appointment to the time you arrive in Woo's quaint shop, customer service is the best. Wafa...Thank you for all you do to help "your girls' stay beautiful ....inside and out! We love you! Your two friends from Gallatin!

I am so happy that Wafa, the Queen of all things good (at least in the world of making one's skin glow and body smooth and hairless) is now at my favorite little shop in the universe! When Wafa called and said that she was going to Woo, I did a little happy dance, called my friends who also let Wafa reign over their skin, and did a little happy dance!!! What a great partnership! I have been in to see Wafa quite a few times now at Woo and it is just such a great place to go and such a great pairing. It's like your favorite restaurant finally got your favorite wine and you can call ahead and order a bottle whenever you want. Joy. So, now I get to go into a super friendly, super chill place where people have always helped me out anyways when it comes to finding makeup, hair stuff, presents, etc, while I wait for Wafa and then I get to have her magic fingers make my skin beautiful and my body completely hair free. But, don't just walk in because I don't want my appointment pushed back because you didn't plan ahead! Wafa and Woo. I'm a happy girl and I know I am not the only one by the number of people that were in there last week. Congrats to both!

Pros: Perfect skin and great customer service, NICE people to help you, fun stuff to buy or at least look at!

Cons: not exactly a spa environment but when you're in Wafa's hands, you ARE relaxed

I consider myself to be a pretty thoughtful, generous guy. I think if you would ask my wife that usually I do pretty okay when it comes to gifts for our family, friends, & especially her. But when it comes to the lovely ladies in my life, I have a secret weapon...WOO! Woo & all of the gorgeous gals there are my secret weapon when it comes time to buy presents for the women I love most in my life. I never leave reviews like these, but, yet again they saved the day for Mother's Day & I had to give them some praise somewhere without exposing how much they help me exactly. In this case, they went above & beyond, helping me pick out gifts to fill out perfect gift baskets for my wife of 34 years, my daughter who is expecting our 2nd grandchild, my daughter in law, my mother, mother in law, & my sister. Without giving away too many details, we booked my wife & daughter for a Bobby Brown makeover event next week & I gave them gift cards for that (plus the sales girl added that I might want to put an actual gift in the basket to make it "extra special" so she put it a a mini brush pocket or something suited to each of them based on info I gave). I booked a facial for my wife with Waffa, who I know she loves. Mother is getting her favorite perfume, Fracas & body lotion & a manicure &pedicure, &my daughter in law is getting some colorful pajamas, lip stuff, makeup bag, & bubble bath. My sister who lives out of town is getting some frilly hand cream, bath gel, &foot sockies that are supposed to make her feet soft. So, I feel like I've done good. I always do when I leave there. Everything is tied up and looks pretty and I even got cards for all my sweet ladies there. I have bought for my staff there before as well & said to the Woo ladies, "Just pick out enough stuff for 7 girls & I want to spend this much and I'll be back on Friday and here's my phone number when you need my credit card. They never fail to make me look great! Plus,I get my Creed cologne there. Perfect!

Pros: Customer Service, Great for clueless guys like me, great guy stuff, Quality gifts, Luxurious, Beautiful women to help you!!!

Cons: They can't shop everywhere with me

Love, love, love Woo. They always greet me with a smile, help me find exactly what I need and don't try to sell me anything I don't. They remember me by name and always have a base of knowledge in the beauty and skincare world that most of us are clueless about! I have needed them even more than usual during this holilday season and unlike some other places that are ready just to take your credit card, the Woo team is available to you in a very different way. Whether it was a gift I was looking for within a certain price range, a facial I was in DESPERATE need of, or just a little glossy doo-dad to make my hubby smile and make me feel good, they were there with suggestions. They even wrapped everything up with a bow. Bless 'em. So hats off to you Woo, Dianna, Dawn, Carol, Lori, and all you other girls who I know by face but I'm forgetting names of right now. Happy Holidays and thank you for making mine so easy. See you in the new year.

Okay, I have shopped everywhere in town as a mom and wife in the entertainment business. There are at least a few events a week that I have to get "beautified" for. Woo is my go to. I have to admit I discovered it earlier rather than later, but, thank goodness I did. Any time I need my makeup done for an event, I call, make the appointment, and have never been let down by any of the beautiful young ladies there. I only wish I could take them home with me!Also, I just recently started getting my nails done by Lori there and have never had my mani and pedi last longer. I got so many compliments. If you want to look their best (and who doesn't) put Woo in your speed dial and call them for all your needs. I can get all my shopping done there and get my beautification. Can't say enough about it. 10 stars *********

Cons: I discovered Woo later than my friends!

I LOVE WOO!!! I know that there are a lot of choices we have in Nashville when it comes to shopping for our beauty essentials, but, I only do Woo. I felt compelled o leave a review after attending their amazing Bobbi Brown event last week. They brought in a National Bobbi Brown artist who is one of her few who helps her with runway shows and all that and all of us in Nashville had a chance to make an appointment with him and have some once-in-a-lifetime one on one time with him. The appointment was free, but, of course you always end up buying stuff because you love it! Dawn from Woo told me of the event back in July and I was called and reminded thereafter and when I got to Woo last Wednesday, it was all abuzz with excitement! I had my own personal national makeup artist,Jessica, for 45 minutes and then had consultations with Michael, the "star" artist. I left with A LOT of goodies and couldn't be happier! They were so busy and said they had 100s of appts over those 2 days and yet still that customer service that Woo always is known for didn't slip. My salesgirl, Dawn, kept checking with me, asked how I was doing, how my family was, and made sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted. And I did. What a treat!! To follow it up, a few days later, a friend of mine had her daughter's "birthday party" at Woo by treating ten 14 year old girls (including my daughter) to makeovers before a big party. They had a ball! I think they charge a base fee for each makeover, but, my daughter came home on Sunday telling me how much she loves Woo --and of course what all she wants for Christmas from there! Anway, I think it says a lot for a store that they can go from a huge event with 100s of adults to a party for teens in a matterof days with the same dedication and customer service level that I have come to expect. I love it! Woo-hoo for Woo!!!

Pros: Great customer service, Very detail oriented, Community feel

Cons: products run from the very affordable to the high end--so just tell them what you need

I rate Woo 10++++!!!! I have tried all the others and have just been consistently let down. I have been going to Woo for years and have consistently received attentive service from their knowledgeable artists and staff. Carol is the only one is Nashville to go to for a facial---she will pamper your skin, make it glow like you dream of, and give you a massage while doing it all--she's just a dream. Dianna has done my makeup for events for years and you can never go wrong with her--she will just make you gorgeous and polished and she is so honest about products - she knows exactly what is right for you. I also just recently had my makeup done for an event by Dawn and was amazed at how I could look so glamorous and yet so natural--it was my 1st appointment with her, but, it will not be my last. She's a sweetie! Woo has the perfect mix of the best products, the best artists, the most knowledge, and the best personalities, and I for one wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. I'm so happy to find them finally on Citysearch so I can be their cheerleader!! If you want to look beautiful, Woo is the place to start.

Pros: best customer service, no attitude, high quality

Cons: wish they were open all the time
