we had the extreme pleasure of meeting april when me & my g/f ( shana ) stopped at her open house in hermitage. i have learned alot from her in the short time that i`ve know her. she`s not only a realtor she`s your friend she truly watches out for your best intrest. a real honest person & she still the same person after the sale. you couldnt ask for a better person to work with she will do everything in her power to help you !! when we were intrested in a certain house but coulnt make up our mind she was willing for use to come to HER HOUSE !! @ MIDNIGHT to help us decide if it was what we wanted.& most people say buying a home is the most stressfull time in your life IT`S NOT WHEN YOU ARE UNDER HER CARE ALL THROUGH THE PROCESS FROM START TO FINISH i could go on & on about how great april & mark are !!!! but i think her rep. speaks for its self !!!!

Best Realtor In TN

This is the 3rd time I have used April (and husband Mark) to buy and sell residential real estate. Each time, just when I think my experience with the April Consulo Team cannot get any better, they exceed my expectations. I am a REALTOR (New Home Sales) in the Nashville,TN area but I use April because she is an expert in general/used home sales. She knows the area, she knows what to look for in buying/selling, and her attention to detail is outstanding. I never have to worry about my transaction with April and Mark. Do yourself a favor, use the April Consulo Team for all your residential/general real estate transactions. They will make buying and selling real estate in the Nashville area both fun and a great experience.

I worked with April for over a year and closed on my new place this month! She gave professional, well informed service with a warm and personal touch. April Consulo has done a terrific job both selling our house and finding us a new home. Her expertise was invaluable. We had 7 offers on our house all for asking price within days of listing. Plus, she found us our dream home. Her husband, Mark was great to work with also. April is a state of the art realtor whom we would recommend to anyone. She knows how to take care of her clients. April really cares!

My husband and I are first time homebuyers and April walked us through the process step by step. We always felt like we were special and her only customers. April is honest and looks out for her buyers. She was available around the clock and never ceased to amaze us. I must say that her husband who is also a licensed realtor is great also and they make a wonderful team!

Knowledge of the area is key when you are buying a home and April definitely knows her stuff. You can't go wrong with April, she will not disappoint!

April is amazing! We interviewed several agents when we were selling our home and looking to buy in a different area. We were overwhelmed by April's abilities! She is a consummate professional who made us feel like we were her most importants clients. Her staff was always available to us. She is without a doubt the best realtor in the middle tennessee area.

The Best Agent in Nashville!

I have bought and sold about a dozen houses in my life, but recently moved to Nashville and called April. She was by far the best real estate agent that I've ever used! She is very professional and very knowledgable. I was very happy with the service she provided. The next time I buy/sell a home I will be using April again!
