I used Kay to buy my first home & it was a great experience! I told her what size/price home we were looking for and she only showed us houses that fit our description. She was easy to work with and very easy to get a hold of at all times. Kay really knows the Nashville real estate market!

I recently used Kay Gregath as my real estate agent to buy my first home & was very pleased with the service she provided me. She went above and beyond the normal calls of duty for a real estate agent. Through the entire process she made things easy for me and explained everything in great detail. If you're looking for a real estate agent in Nashville, Brentwood, Spring Hill or Franklin I highly recommend calling Kay!

My wife and I are buying our first home. We've been working with Kay Gregath & it's been a great experience!
