I'm a single mother and buying my first house. I wasn't going to get an inspection but my friend talked me into it. I'm glad she did. Rick Morris was great and I'll keep his contact information and recommend him to my friends for home or energy inspection. I didn't know anything about home maintenance and he took time to explain stuff like that, where the emergency cut offs are and he was great about answering all my questions. He spent two hours, a lot of it teaching me stuff.

Rick was very friendly, arrived on time, and did a great job. I feel very comfortable with the new home I purchased after getting this inspection.

Rick Morris arrived on time and spent a lot of time explaining things about the home I bought. He showed me all the emergency disconnects and what I can do to improve the utility bills. There was missing insulation in one area of the attic which made one bedroom hot in the summer and cold in the winter. The owner admitted he didn't know about that problem. I researched several home inspectors before I hired Rick. Not all home inspectors are equal and experience counts! Rick knows construction. He didn't just write up 15 pages of cosmetic items. I'll recommend him any time.

We love our new house even more after walking through the inspection process with Rick. I really like the inspection report with the digital photos.

I'd recommend Rick Morris for your home inspection. His report is better than the ones I've seen, there is a sample report on his webpage. Includes a lot of photos so you can see what issues need correcting. I liked that his focus was on structural, not the cosmetic.

Rick Morris took time to answer all my questions. He was very knowledgable on all phases of construction. The issues he found on the home I'm buying are critical to prevent damage in the future. I really like his online report with the digital photos. Thanks for helping me "kick the tires"!
