Awesome!

I'd seen ads for this boutique in bathrooms at several bars/restaurants around town, and I'd been hesitant to go. I finally stopped in last week and I am SO glad that I did! Being a size 14, I tried to convince myself that I wasn't a "plus" size but I guess I am because I found so many cute clothes in this store I had a hard time choosing what to get. Chelsey was so sweet and patient with me as I tried on the clothes. She was very honest and took time to suggest different items that I could try. I asked what kinds of pants I might find to match a particular shirt I had picked out, and she immediately grabbed a perfect pair off the shelf that were on sale -- less than 25 bucks! They fit perfectly! I even found earrings to match my new outfit. I will definitely be back to shop at Chelsey's store!

• Pros: Chelsey, nice spacious fitting rooms
• Cons: Parking, but still worth it!

Amazing Jeans!

Wow Flaunt has the best jeans in town to enhance my curves! The owner; Chelsey, was very helpful in assisting me to find the perfect pair! Visit Flaunt and make your bottom half look even better.

Gorgeous clothes and amazing service!

As a devoted Flaunt customer for more than a year, I just can't say enough about how much I love this AMAZING boutique! The clothes are simply gorgeous, and Chelsey (the owner) consistently provides the highest level of customer service.

One of the things I love most about Flaunt is the variety of clothing. From $30 trendy tops to $150 designer jeans, there is something for ladies at every price level. Compared to straight-size boutiques that I have visited, the prices are extremely reasonable. To me, it is worth it to pay a little more for an outfit that you won't see on everyone and their sister.

Also, Chelsey is honest and accomodating. If something is not flattering, she will tell you so and suggest an alternative. She always greets me by name and makes me feel really comfortable. I have never been anything but pleased with the level of service.

I consider Nashville very lucky to have a boutique like Flaunt -- my friends who live in much larger cities would love to have something like this! I highly recommend it to anyone!!!

Horrible Return Policy!

I purchased a shirt at Flaunt about a month ago. After wearing it about three or four times I noticed the seam was ripping. It was just poorly constructed. I took it back today and showed the owner the problem. I simply was asking for a refund or even a store credit. I was told there were no returns - ever! She claimed "small business owner" as a reason. I understand she isn't a national chain but I still think she should stand behind all the merchandise in her store. No returns to me means that I can't wear it and decide I don't like it. I never thought a defective item wouldn't be returnable. That is horrible customer service! I can promise you that I will NEVER shop there again!!!!! Spread the word - shop at your own risk!
