Jeanne catered my wedding to great acclaim. I called her when all other caterers were laughing at my budget, and she didn't flinch. She worked tirelessly to fine-tune the menu to fit my desires. (I wanted a cajuny menu since I was engaged in New Orleans.) And the best part--my cousin said it was the best food she'd ever had at a wedding. That night, my new husband and I came home and noshed on a plate full of Jeanne's food--it was indeed delicious.
