April is Awesome!

April shot our Engagement, Bridal, and Wedding photos. And, we have appt. with her this coming Sunday for our daughters 6 month pictures, AND we plan on using her services for many more years to come as our family photographer. April does Awesome work, has a great personality, does what ever she can to get a great picture, dependable, afforadable, and so much more. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer. The walls, shelves, and every where else you can imagine in my home is covered with April's work and now Im going to have to find room for my daughters pictures. :) She takes beautiful pictures, there has not been one yet that I havent loved. We had all of them printed for our albums because I could not decide on only a few... :) Thanks April!

I have found our family photographer from here on out!!

I was referred to April by two other mothers that I work with. She has been doing our youngest boys first year photos and includes our 2 year old, and my husband and myself everytime. It is always a wonderful experience and she has lots of patients with the upset babies and sometimes uncooperative 2 year olds!! I am so excited that we found her and absolutely love ALL of our photos. I am never stressed out thinking about going for pictures with the two little ones, because she is always able to get great pictures of the boys. She also always makes herself available when you need her!! My only disappointment is that I didn't find her in time for my oldest sons first year photos!!

• Pros: Affordable, different pictures and works very well with little children!!
• Cons: None!

Deadlines-no problem!

April has been consistently prompt with deadlines and works extremely well under pressure. She understands the complexities of working with a large group of people and produces high quality photographs with distinctive, creative touches.

Great Service, Friendly, and willing to do what it takes to get a great picture!

I volunteer for Agape Animal Rescue. Agape was in need of great dog pictures so we decided to use April?s service. She did a fabulous job! After we put April?s pictures on our websites we received many compliments and applications!. April is great and we will use her every time we need great pictures of our fur babies!

Very professional and easy to work with!

I'm not sure how she does it but April can get the photo you didn't realize was there! She was very helpful in getting me "headshots" that I needed for a professional venture, as well as taking some photos of a very

"energetic" (i.e., would not hold still!) pet that I was fostering and needed to put online. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Harmony Designs Photography. I highly recommend this company!

Great to work with!

I am a proud dog mom and have always wanted professional pictures of them. I found April a few years ago and have used her service many times since then. All of my experiences with April have been awesome and I would highly recommend her to anyone. In fact, when I get married I will book April to be my photographer again for sure! My dogs are not the easiest to keep still for pictures and April was able to situate them perfectly. You can?t go wrong Harmony Designs!

Awesome all around!

April took both our wedding photos in January, 2007. We absolutely loved working with April and her work! She was so easy to work with. She calmed everyone and made the day go by wonderfully. We would recommend her to anyone, and we definitely use her in the future.

seems to only care about your business instead of customer

I booked Harmony Designs to do the photography in my September 2006 wedding. We discussed that military wedding dates are subject to change and April said she understood and would work with me if there were any problems. My fiance was in the military and four weeks before the wedding he found out he would not be allowed home in time. I called Harmony Designs to reschedule and was told the deposit would be held for the new date. Now we are planning the wedding again and after calling April at Harmony Designs, she said the deposit was lost due to cancellation. April claimed she never told us the deposit would be held. I asked for clarification on the contract; April said it was not refundable but the contract didn't address transferable. April would not agree to any refund, credit or transfer of deposit even though I am willing to pay her increased 2007 rates.

When I tried to discuss the issue with April, she kept saying she lost money that weekend and can't afford to loose that much money. Where I responded in that she made $800 ( my deposit) doing nothing that weekend. She said I could book her again but I'd pay the full 1400. She is probably a wonderful photographer but seems only interested in making her $1700 a week. I would not reccomend her, she was very rude when we had a conflict and didn't seem to care about me as a customer. Since she apparently has so many after doing the bridal show. She was very nice at first but, trust me, after having a problem she could care less about me, just my money. Look elsewhere. AMD photography was very nice and said they've done numerous military weddings and seemed to care more about us than our business. I wish I had gone with them. I picked April over them because April is closer, and had slightly lower rates.

• Pros: Fresh photography not the same old thing, good prices in comparison to others
• Cons: only cared about my money after having problems, young and new to the business world

If professional, cooperative, and prompt are important qualities in the photographer you hire, contact April. Our family's reunion photo was a complete success. We got great pictures from the CD -delivered within a week. Next time she's photographing the pets!
