I ordered fabric Thursday and received it Friday with VERY reasonable shipping costs. The Fabric House is simply the best. I will drive to Nashville or pick up the phone and do more business with Fabric House without hesitation!

great selection wonderful customer service

I recently visited The Fabric House for the first time and I was amazed! I am from Alabama and I have been to ALOT of fabric stores and there is NO comparison as far as selection OR customer service. They are so helpful nothing like I've ever experienced before. I loved the way they cut the samples and THEY write the color, brand and price on the back for you! Great place to go, even if you have to drive from Alabama!

Great service, knowledgable staff!

I'm in the music industry and was looking for some fabric to cover acoustic panels. I don't know anything about fabric except for what I was told was the best type of fabric for what I needed. When I walked into the store, I was greeted with a smile by a guy with spiky hair. He asked me what I was looking for, I told him about the project I was working on. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me a selection to choose from. The prices were within my range and I purchased the fabric I needed. I highly recommend this store for anyone who has interior fabric or acoustic paneling needs!

Fantastic and amazing selection of fabrics...best in the Southeast

I just visited The Fabric House for the very first time. The prices were amazing! The store is beautiful and organized by color which makes it easy to select and choose. My saleswoman spent a lot of time helping me determine my selection and measurements. I will most certainly return for future purchases.

Great one-on-one decorating help AND really beautiful fabrics

I had a great experience at The Fabric House. They have a huge selection of fabrics and trims. I am not a decorator, so I appreciated that the salesclerk gave me lots of good ideas. I brought in a piece of my couch fabric, and she helped me for 45 minutes to come up with ideas of fabrics and trims which would be good for pillows on the couch. There are not many places which will give that kind of help.

If you live in the Nashville area or are travelling through Nashville, I would definitely recommend that you stop by and see the beautiful fabrics and trims and experience the "southern hospitality."

This store is wonderful! I have been there several time in the last few weeks, and the staff is extremely helpful every single time. Wonderful selection, great prices, and the staff is there to offer their expert opinions. I would highly recommend The Fabric House to everyone!

GREAT SELECTION OF FABRIC, VERY UNFRIENDLY HELP

I HAVE VISITED A LOT OF FABRIC STORES AND WORKED AT ONE MYSELF FOR 7 YEARS AND THIS ONE HAS AN AWESOME SELECTION OF FABRIC AND TRIMS. THE PRICES ARE GOOD TOO. MOST OF THE STAFF HAVE BEEN GREAT IN THE PAST BUT MY LAST VISIT I GOT A LADY THAT WAS VERY RUDE. I DRIVE OVER AN HOUR TO SHOP THERE. SO I USUALLY TAKE SEVERAL SAMPLES AND DO A LOT OF ROOMS AT ONE TIME. I ALSO PURCHASED FABRIC WHILE THERE THIS TIME. SUZI WAS HER NAME, SHE DIDN'T LIKE CUTTING SAMPLES AT ALL, SHE ACTED BOTHERED THAT I HAD MY 11 MONTH OLD BABY WITH ME, SHE DIDN'T ROLL THE FABRIC I PURCHASED & IT SPLIT THE PAPER SACK ON THE WAY OUT OF THE STORE WHILE I WAS CARRYING IT, A COUCH CUSHION, THE BABY AND MY PURSE. SHE COULDN'T WAIT TO GET RID OF ME BUT DIDN'T BOTHER HELPING ME OUT. SINCE I MANAGED A FABRIC STORE BEFORE I BECAME A STAY AT HOME MOM, I GUESS I EXPECT SOMEONE TO NOT MIND TO CUT SAMPLES, AND TO TRY TO ANSWER A QUESTION WITH FABRIC, NOT JUST CUT FABRIC AND COLLECT MONEY. I COULD GO ON BUT NEEDLESS TO SAY , WHEN I GOT TO THE CAR I WAS NEAR TEARS FROM HER RUDENESS. SO I RECOMMEND THE STORE, BUT JUST BE WARNED OF THIS SALESPERSON AND I HOPE YOU GET THE SERVICE THAT YOU DESERVE AND NOT SUB STANDARD AS I EXPERIENCED.

grumpy sales assistants

Not the friendliest staff in town, by any means. There are often grumpy and act as if they are doing you a favor by helping you. I asked for a sample of fabric, and Suzy acted as if she didn't want to cut it for me. "There is only a yard left," she said. I explained that one yard was plenty for my project. I requested to look in a custom order book, but she had to consult with the "trim manger" to see if i was allowed to see it!! I am an independent designer and have accounts at many of the vendors from which Fabric House purchases their fabrics and trims. I will certainly not custom order anything without viewing a sample first.

Great selection of fabrics & trims, friendly & knowledgeable staff!!

The Fabric House is my favorite place to shop for designer fabrics! In addition to having a great selection, they also have the best prices in Nashville!! The employees are very friendly and have extensive knoweldge of doing custom design. The staff are very willing to go out of their way to help people. They will even come out to your home for consultations! They recently moved into their new store (maybe 2 years ago), and it is beautiful!
