These guys sounded like idiots on the phone. I call witha simple problem about my computer. I could have actually fixed it myself but i decided to be lazy and call a local business and give them a chance. These guys didnt have a clue about what i was talking about on the phone. I will not recommend them to anyone. I ended up using another computer service.
Pros: There Idiots
Cons: With a computer shop!

I found the PC Dude after Dell quoted me $600 for a motherboard replacement for my laptop. They fixed it for less than a 3rd of the cost Dell quoted. Very friendly staff and Tom was very helpful and seemed to know alot about notebooks!!! 4 star service.
Pros: notebook repair, reasonable prices, very friendly
Cons: small parking lot

Fast friendly and reasonably priced. Very knowledgeable staff and they go out of their way to make you happy.
