Overwhelming terrible place to shop

I ordered a product that arrived with missing parts. Not a major deal right? Surely being a private owned local business the owners would have an invested interest to rectify this as quickly as possible. Wrong. The answer was an unconcerned " Just go to home depot or Lowes " , as if they would have the exact custom made furniture parts to retrofit my product. After a series of phone calls they finally caved and ordered them. I originally paid for home delivery and setup. One would think they would swing by and drop the parts off right? Wrong again. I ended up wasting a lunch break trekking up 8th ave. To add insult to injury I found the same exact piece of furniture at Nuevo Classic for 200 dollars less than I paid. Avoid at all costs. Actually, that will be easy because their are many other excellent modern furniture stores in the Nashville area now

Great Shop!

Mad Mod is a great find in Nashville. I have been shopping there since they opened, and they continually get new and rare, funky and cool merchandise that no one else has. They are locally owned, and the customer service is outstanding in a world of corporate owned stores. The prices are great, and a really cool atmosphere. Well done Mad Mod!

Awesome!!!

This shop has everything!!! I go to Mad Mod to get almost all of my gifts for friends, modern furniture (for me), home accents and even some clothing!!! Very cool store. Cool atmosphere. VERY TRENDY!!! Great for finding gifts you can't find anywhere else, with a New York kind of feel!!!
