I got a spray tan before my wedding, and Yvonne was awesome. She made me feel completely comfortable (even when I had no clothes on) and talked with me about different options that would be good for me based on my coloring, dress style, etc. I felt like a celebrity or something. I went to her 2 days before the wedding to get sprayed. The next morning (the day before the wedding) when I woke, I felt like my tan had faded significantly- I called Yvonne in a panic and she told me to come in and she'd take care of it - at no charge. I'm a bridesmaid in a wedding soon, and I will definitely go back to her!

My first visit to this spa was a relaxing one. This was also my first full body massage and it was a great experience. The spa is clean and the location is great. I highly recommend this spa and I will definitely return in the future.
Pros: Ambience and Service
Cons: Wish the couples massage was in the same room

I had a great spa experience and the staff was top notch. A GREAT mini vacation for the afternoon. I will be returning soon for the same massage services and maybe even other offers they have.
Pros: Stress free environment and very professional staff

I have been to many spas. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I was left in the "tranquilty" room for an hour waiting for my massage appt. I arrived at 10:50 (as requested) and waited until 11:30 to get my first service. They escorted me to the sauna (since they had no room for me) and returned to take me to my facial (which was wonderful- if you do decide to go, Lenise was great). After my facial, they did feel bad that I was waiting because they gave me a brow wax (on the house) and then left me for another 30 minutes with no one returning--- I was just sitting there not knowing what to do and feeling invisible. I finally went to get my things and left. The owner who checked me out, knowing i did not receive my service- smiled at me and reminded me of the time limit I had left on my gift certificate. My massage appointment was supposed to be at 12:30 and I left at 1:30- with no massage. Bottom line, if you want to be pampered and feel special-- DO NOT GO HERE. SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!
Pros: Lenise, she was very informative on skin care
Cons: Service- this place will not make you feel special

It was my first visit and my husband had purchased me a gift certficate so I was looking forward to my appointment. The person who scheduled my appointment by phone had asked me to arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I arrived 5 minutes early and filled out the paperwork in the waiting area. 20 minutes later I still hadn't been serviced. I had to ask the person at the front desk how much longer it would be. They said they had a wedding party and were running late. I wouldn't be seen until 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. When I said they should have called to let me know they said they do normally call when they're running late and apologized. It was very disappointing for a first experience--I left and haven't rescheduled yet. Hopefully if I do it will be a good experience.

Andante Day Spa is the definition of service. If you have ever wanted to treat yourself, this would be the place to do it. The staff is personal and attentive without being intrusive, your every whim is immediately met without question, and the pricing is incredibly affordable! I am a very satisfied customer and I have frequented this establishment several times before writing my review. All of their services are wonderful & I highly reccomend the airbrush tanning. I have never looked so good, and their system is the only one like it in greater Nashville ( I've tried them all ). Take my advice, you won't regret it.........

This small spa is a gem. All the staff are very warm and friendly and do their best to pamper you. For the mani/pedi, ask for David-he is the best in town. He'll make your hands and feet look and feel perfect. My husband says the massage from Melina is the best he's had in years. We're clients for life!
Pros: cosy, personal and friendly attention
Cons: none

I've passed this spa a hundred times and never gave it a second thought; I'd never heard anyone say anything about it. It's in a cute old house on a side street off 8th Ave. It looks small and quaint but, inside, the rooms are spacious (not the usual closet-sized rooms) and very nicely appointed -- cozy but crisp, clean and bright. And, the services (massage, brow wax and facial) are BY FAR the best I've had anywhere. Rhonda, my masseuse, was fabulous, and the owner of the spa is the nicest lady! (She made such a good impression on my husband that when I came home, he even asked me if I'd had a chance to met her.) Listening to other customers while I was there, I now understand that this is a hidden gem with a very loyal and long-time following. I consider myself in that group now! They also seem to have openings when other spas are booked up, too, so give them a try.

I took my boyfriend for a birthday surprise while in town from NC. What a great treat! I had a massage while he had the facial. We both thought the service was excellent and would go back often if we lived in Nashville.

Getting pampered at Andante is always a wonderful experience! I have had many massages around Nashville, but none that measure up to Rhonda at Andante. She is fantastic and allows you to simply lie back and enjoy your massage without feeling obligated to keep a conversation going. I highly recommend her and any service at Andante! Also their gift certificates are sure to please anyone!
