I am always impressed with the service and the quality of the animals and supplies at Emerald Bay. The people there really know and love what they are doing and it shows!

I'd just like to agree with the other positive reviews, they have alway's been helpful and patient when I ask beau coupe questions about problems that I've encountered in the hobby (salt water). I generally drive past two other aquarium stores to the other side of town to Emerald Bay.
Pros: Knowledgable staff, less expensive than competition.
Cons: A little farther drive than I'd like.

Incredible! Best selection of reptiles I've seen in a store. Everything appeared to be in excellent health. Great service! VERY Low prices! Glad I found someone local where I don't have to pay outlandish prices of other reptile stores.

They have great service and great values. The only store where everyone greets you like a long lost friend. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They are well worth the drive if you don't live on their side of town.

After being a customer of all the local fish/pet stores in the Nashville area - this is "My" pet store. The staff (sean & robert & friends) are knowledgeable, don't force you to buy things, answer all your questions, and care more about your total experience than anything else. This is how a small business should be run!

Please do business with these first class small business operators. They go out of their way to give reliable information, that you can count on to be correct, even if that information sends you to competition. Saltwater Reef addicts, here is your fix! Sean, and Roberto are the one's to talk to, they have no fear of only providing the profitable answer, they give the correct answer, even if that means you will not be doing business with them (at that point in time). My hat's off to these guy's, they look out for the hobbie, not just their bottom line! Please visit their shop, they helped me more than they should have, considering what I have spent with them, though I will spend more after seeing what real customer service is really about.

I decided to purchase my first lizard Emerald Bay a few weeks ago because of their knowledgeable staff and great deals. They gave me a great package deal cause they wanted to make sure I got all the necessary stuff to take care of my new lizard. They offer great advice and didnt pressure me into deciding right away. They continue to answer my questions and are always reasonable on pricing. Thanks guys!
