Recently I signed up with Middle Tennessee Rentals to recieve rental property information for the local and surrounding Nashville Area. My expectation were well exceeded and I couldn't have asked for better service. They took down my information of what I was looking for in a home and I was overwhelmed by the amount of properties that I had to choose from. With in just a couple of days I was signing a lease to my new home. Anyone that is looking to use this service will be very pleased by the amount of properties they will have to work with.
Pros: Customer Service and Rental Counsilors were very polite and helpful

Thank you Middle Tennessee Rentals for all of your help. Looking for homes to rent has never been so easy. I would strongly sugest Middle Tennessee Rentals to anyone that I know that is looking to move or relocate to the Nashville area. The people that work in the office were awesome and made it easy for me to find my new home. It took me getting a couple of listings from them to find my home but they never stopped looking until I was satisfied. Great job and if I ever have to move again, I will definatly use the services again.
Pros: Office staff very knowledgable, never stopped working for me.

I used Middle Tennessee Rentals when I first moved to Nashville after retiring from the military. I was able to get listings of homes in all surrounding areas and it made it easier for me to find my new home. The office staff was very helpful and made my family and I feel welcomed to the Nashville area. I would highly recommend Middle Tennessee Rentals to anyone that is in the need of finding a home. I have had to move a lot in my life and this was the easiest it was for me to find a home.
Pros: Had properties I wasn't able to find in the newspaper

Used this service and thought it was great...until I paid them and got started. They never told me that I had to call everyday for updates and that 90% of the houses I would look at would be so run down and dirty. Also wanted a house which took pets and more than half on my daily list did not take pets. I was promised thirty new houses a day but maybe got thirty a week. They did offer me a refund which I got two months after promised after they informed me that I was a "headache" for them. Very unprofessional and lacking good customer service skills. I had better luck looking for homes in the paper and save money. I did not feel like they really cared after they had my money. Avoid if possible.
Pros: did offer refund
Cons: poor customer service, poor communication
