I think Abby does a great job! The bad review on Abby must have been done by a cold mean woman. Everyone in this salon does a lovely job. The manager is kind of rude though but most managers are!

Abby did NOT know what she was doing!!

Do NOT go to Abby!!! She will butcher your hair!! She was not friendly either!! I had asked her for a trim and my roots done and i had to part my hair a certain way to fix what she had done. She trimmed my hair then styled it THEN trimmed it after she styled it!!!! What an idiot!!! I had to go to Hilites in Mt. Juliet to get it fixed! I saw some other stylists doing a good job just make sure you DO NOT get booked with Abby!!!

Above and beyond

Lindsey has been doing my hair for almost a year now, and I've never left with a bad cut or color. A few months back, I waited to the last minute before scheduling an appointment, and was told she was all booked up (it was a Saturday). I was leaving for vacation on Tuesday and needed it done before. They were able to get me in Monday morning. While she was doing my hair, I found out that Lindsey is off on Mondays, but had come in just to make sure I was taken care of before my vacation. She made it seem like no big deal, in fact I would have never known if someone else hadn't mentioned it. I'll be a loyal customer of Lindsey's forever!

After pondering for a long time whether or not to dye my hair blonde, I finally decided to go for it and I called Lindsey at Indulgence Hair Salon. I had been going to her since I moved to Nashville when she was with Studio 201 and she let me know she had moved. She did a phenomenal job and I can't wait to go back and go a little blonder. Always ask for Lindsey for all your hair needs! I never thought I would find a stylist I could trust until I met her! Lindsey rocks!!!

Lindsey has been doing my hair for months, I recently found out she changed salons and is now at Indulgence. Hopefully this will help those who have been searching for her! For those who need a new stylist, I recommend her to everyone I know. I haven't had a better cut or color in years.

Very Disappointed!

This was a new salon to me. The owner recommended a guy named Michael to highlight my hair. She introduced us & told him what I wanted. On the day of my appointment I had a picture of the hair color I wanted. Micheal told me he could not do it. The picture was of Kristen Bell/Veronica Mars (hair only slighly lighter than my own). My hair is already blonde, long, thick & naturally curly. It is in very good condition, in fact, I get lots of compliments on how pretty it is & how much people love my hair. I am always very easy going & low maintenance, so I don't think it was me. I personally got the impression that he just didn't want to mess with that much hair. I always pay a lot more & give good tips because I have so much hair. I told him I didn't understand why he couldn't do it & that I thought that was what the appointment was for. He had no real explanation & said I was welcome to ask someone else in the salon to do it. I left very disappointed & now am scrambling to find someone else at the last minute to do my hair before I go on vacation. I was looking for a salon that could do a number of things (hair, waxing, lash tint, nails, etc.) & had friends waiting to find out how I liked it so they could come there. I am counseling all other appointments I made there and will go back to all my friends & discourage them from ever going there. This was a shame & they have lost a lot of potential business. I also am stopped all the time & asked who does my hair - would have been a walking advertisement for the salon.

Best Salon!

I've been going to Indulgence ever since I moved to Nashville 5 years ago and they are wonderful! Jennifer Johnson Webber is my hair stylist and she is fabulous! Their prices are reasonable for spa quality services, and they offer a wide range of services. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a salon in the Nashville area- it's worth the drive to Hermitage!

Best Ever

I have been going to Indulgence for quite sometime. Michele Brazier has been doing my hair for 5 years now and I would NEVER think of going anywhere else. The staff is friendly and they have a spa area which is wonderful! If you want great hair this is the place to go!!
