Last year around February I was in the market for a new computer. I did my research on this brand and that brand before looking into having one built. This shop had some great reviews, so I gave them a call. I went into their shop, placed my order, and before long I was coming to pick up my new computer--built to my needs and specifications for a good price. I'm very happy with my desktop from them. You don't get a "service plan" for one or two years pushed on you either like you would at a retail store. Instead, all the individual parts are warranteed for several years (I think the shortest warranty was 3 years). My cruddy monitor then went out on me from my old computer, and I went back to them and bought an inexpensive used one. A few months ago I had some trouble with a part (can't remember which one), and I took it in. They replaced it at no charge. Just a few days ago, I tripped going to answer my phone and spilled milk on my laptop. Of course, it started to act up on me. I contacted them and told them what happened and asked if they had any used laptops that would suit my needs (I don't require much in a laptop). She said they did (for a *great* price compared to others I'd looked at), but to let her try changing out the keyboard in my old one first. I took it in today, and she had the keyboard changed out, and I've got no more problems with it. She could have saved herself the extra work and sold a laptop. Instead, she saved me some money and got my old one working in no time. I'm very happy with the service I've received from them whenever I've dealt with them, and I would recommend them to anyone who either needs some work done on their computer or needs a new one.

Pros: Great service, go above and beyond to help their customers, good computers, customization.

Cons: They're a small business, so it's just the two of them. If people find out how great they are, they might get too busy. Limited business hours (will stay a little late, though).

This place is the great, I am a long distance truck driver and was having problems with my laptop, pull my big rig into Joe's Computer Shop and went in was explaining my dilema to a customer there, had a dead line to meet and needed to try to get laptop fixed having problems with email and internet service. Owner of shop was in back working and overheard my problem, Came up and ask what the problem was after explaining to him, He immediately started working on it . Was in and out no longer than 1 hour, Haven't had a problem with my service since. Thanks to Joe's Computer Shop was able to meet my deadline and home with family in time for our Labor Day weekend. I give this place of bussiness five stars. Wouldn't think of trusting my coumputer with anyone elst. The best on prices, services and knowledge. I highly this shop for all computer needs
