Our food was awful, and the delivery person was over an hour late. When I ordered the food they assured me they were familiar with my delivery location, then called twice because they were lost, and were still over an hour late with the food. One person in our group ordered Tuna Salad that was frozen in the middle. My roast beef was a funny looking color and had a strange taste - could not eat it. I won't order from there ever again.
Pros: non
Cons: bad food, bad delivery service

I had high hopes for this place as my company just moved downtown and we were looking for great lunch spots that deliver. The first time we ordered, everything was good and service was excellent. The next couple of times we ordered, it was as if this was a totally different place. The person taking the orders on the phone needs a lesson in customer service as it took forever for her to take our order. And then, once our food arrived, the order was messed up in so many ways, we couldn't even explain to them on the phone all the things that were wrong--and they were not willing to fix the problem. In addition, the food quality was not good, either. We threw our menus away and will never order from them again. Such a shame.
Pros: Delivery service
Cons: Inconsistent food quality and service

I work downtown and go out to eat often during the week. Tazza is consistently BAD. The service is SO slow. I have often waited more than 45 minutes for my meal. Today I ate there and the food took nearly an hour to get. My coworkers had to leave before even getting their meals because they were constrained to an hour lunch. The food on the menu is NEVER prepared the same from week to week. You may get a dish with one thing one time, order the same thing the next time and get it completely different. The chicken in my sandwich today was SO burnt on the bottom that I couldn't even cut through it with a knife. Tazza has a great location, great decor, and a great opportunity for downtown business BUT they are blowing it in every way possible. To start with - Tazza needs to get some wait staff that can speak and understand ENGLISH.
Pros: The art on the walls is great
Cons: Food, and service.

First, ignore the obvious fake positive reviews. Imagine a complete stranger walking up to you and upchucking directly into your mouth. This is how I can best explain Tazza succinctly.
Pros: Nope
Cons: Pretty much everything.

We have ordered from Tazza several times at my office and the one word I have for them is INCONSISTENT. One time it will be absolutely delicious, and the next time it it horrible. Delivery will be quick one time, we will wait two hours the next. The staff will be friendly and helpful one time, the next time they are rude and seem to not care. This place has so much potential, but they really need to work on being more consistent if they want to keep their customers. One word of advice if you are planning to order: stay away from ANYTHING fried, as it WILL DEFINITELY arrive to you soggy. Their salads are great and are usually a safe bet.
Pros: Prices, Variety, Sometimes food and service
Cons: VERY inconsistent, Fried foods are always soggy, Rude staff

I had planned a family reunion dinner at Tazza 3 months in advance and even called to pre-order our meals. I can't tell you how embarrassing it was to then get there, wait 50 minutes before all even had salads and iced tea, be served cold food, and had to deal with less than a clean environment. We were promised seating in the upper floor, but was put in the basement where the floor was sticky and they were bringing trashcans through our party. To add insult to injury, both the men & women's restrooms were disgusting. After bringing some entrees out 3 times to get the hot, the damage was already done. We were given a discount, but like I said, our family reunion had already been tainted. We chose Tazza after having them deliver food to our hotel when we 1st went to Nashville & promises from their Mgt. SKIP IT!
Pros: parking, nice choice of entrees
Cons: service, lower level seating, restroom facilities

If you can stand to talk to the girls that answer the phone at Tazza, and deal with their lack of customer service skills, the food is great once you get it. I usually spend about 10 minutes on the phone everytime I call, being placed on hold no less than 6 times, and they usually ask me more than once for the order, and more than once for my credit card information. Also, there's one delivery guy that's not too friendly. They claim to deliver to the Belmont area, but once he arrived, he was quite ugly about the location being too far (we live off Belmont, just on the north side of I-440). The other delivery guy we usually see is a sweetheart, and delivers quickly. I've never been anything short of extremely satisfied with every order, but they need some serious reorganization with the help.
Pros: food, price
Cons: everyone you have to deal with just to get the food

I have ordered from Tazza a few times now, and have been overly satisfied each time. They have never destroyed our order, and the food has always been SUPERB! I normally call in our work lunches, they are always polite and get the order right everytime. All their salads are delicious, along with everything else on the menu. The price is very pocket friendly and delivery is punctual. If anyone who works at Tazza reads this... Keep up the good work, and friendly service!!! Thanks!
Pros: PRICE, Food, Large Menu
Cons: Parking

The poor reviews here are dead on. I ordered lunch with friends from work. We called for delivery, but were told could not order in advance of delivery (called 10:00a for noon delivery). Called back at suggested time. Told delivery not be available for one hour. So, we sent someone to pick up. Left my lunch out of the order. We called. They sent someone with my lunch. It was wrong salad. Soup tasted dreadful. Called to speak to manager about screw up. Was told three different times to call back and yet no manager ever available. Finally called next day ... VERY RUDE fellow answered phone and at first refused to tell me he was manager. Long story but I felt all kinds of jerked around. This restaurant is a complete joke. They clearly do not care about customer service and whether they get orders right.
Pros: Wish there was, a pro but there, isn't even one
Cons: Poor service, Poor Management, Bad Food
