Great personal attention, professional

After bridal dress shopping at several locations, a friend recommended

Jacqueline's. Since it was across from the Opryland Hotel, I was at first hesitant

thinking it may be too expensive as I had a $1000 budget, or I may feel

out of place. On the contrary! The staff was incredible from the moment

I entered! They were extremely attentive to what I was looking for in

my price range. I actually bought the first dress I tried on, any

bride who has shopped for a dress knows that is almost impossible. But

I can honestly say they made my experience a memorable one. I would

definitely recommend them.

Dress's to die for

I went to Jacqueline's on Saturday, and i will now forever recommend them. Not only were the dresses gorgeous, but the customer service there was REMARKABLE! They made me feel so comfortable and gave me lots of options and really helped me decide. I can say I am going to be purchasing my dress from them, even though i have not decided exactly which dress it will be, but i know it will be from Jacqueline's.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

THEY DESERVE NO STARS BUT YOU HAVE TO GIVE ONE TO WRITE A REVIEW. I AM SHOCKED THAT JACKIE IS STILL IN BUSINESS BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE AND ALL OF THE OTHER REVIEWS ON HERE WHICH DEMONSTRATE HOW BAD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU RECEIVE AT THIS PLACE. THEY ARE PUSHY AND DO NOT HAVE THE CUSTOMER'S BEST INTEREST IN MIND. DO NOT GO HERE! IT IS DIRTY INSIDE AND THE RUDE BEHAVIOR MAKES IT EVEN MORE DISGUSTING. I AM CERTAIN THAT ANY GOOD REVIEW IS PROBABLY WRITTEN BY MISS JACQUELINE HERSELF, HOW PITIFUL!!

Not a good find...

First of all, I really want to make it clear that I NEVER write reviews online however, I had such a bad experience here that I felt obligated to post something so NO OTHER BRIDE would have to endure an experience like I had at this store.

If you are a bride getting married in Nashville DO NOT go here. It's in a horrible looking strip center and the shop itself is filthy and cluttered with items that look like they were bought at a garage sale. If I hadn't made an appointment, I probably would have left immediately. I was greeted by a woman who was curt and snobbish. She provided no help to me or my family from looking to trying on. It was so hot in the store I almost passed out from the heat (and from having to hang up and try on so many of my own dresses.) I couldn't understand why we couldn't get any help...we were the ONLY PEOPLE IN THE STORE, we HAD AN APPOINTMENT, and I WAS A CUSTOMER THAT WAS READY TO BUY.

After finding a dress that I wanted more information about, I had to get dressed and walk up to the front just to get the lady's attention. When I asked her details about the dress I tried on, I found out the dress wasn't even available to order because it had been DISCONTINUED. Why is this woman offering inventory that isn't even available? She then proceeded to try to get me to buy the dress off the rack that I had tried on that didn't even fit and was completely ragged for full price. I was so put off by her horrible customer service and bad attitude that I left.

And the worst part of this story...the woman I was dealing with was the OWNER!! Jacqueline!! I work in corporate retail and I was disgusted that an owner would treat a prospective client this way. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This business does not deserve your business.

Lack Professionalism and Accountability

Jackie lacks professionalism and accountability concerning her business. After calling in my measurements they ordered me a dress 6 sizes too small and claimed I requested the size I received. When I called in my measurements I spoke to a male who informed me that a lady would determine the size I needed based on my measurements. If a retailer had the customer's best interest in mind they would have never ordered a size 6 based on my measurements even if they requested the size which of course I didn't. The bride, her mother, along with other bridemaids also experienced Jackie's rude behavior. I understand retailers make mistakes but what really irritates me is when retailers do not treat the customer with the respect and courtesy they deserve. For future customers, you may receive the correct dress but I assure you that you will not receive good customer service. At the end of the day, Karma will take care of the matter in its own way.

Horrible customer service, even worse owner

Nothing makes this place unique or special. From the time my friend made an appointment for me to when I finally got my dress 3 days before I was leaving to go to this wedding, my experience was the worst I've ever had! I got married a year ago and every dress shop I went to was of course very helpful and willing to do whatever it took to get what I wanted. The owner of this dress shop is so worthless. She gave me such a headache because she wouldn't give me the date of when my dress would be in! It was getting so close to my friends wedding, and I had ordered my dress in plenty of time. DON'T GO HERE! I have reported this woman and her store. Trust me, don't waste your time.

BEST KEPT SECRET IN NASHVILLE

MY FRIEND IS GETTING MARRIED IN MAY OF 2010, AND WHEN WE BEGAN SHOPPING FOR HER BRIDAL GOWN WE HAD SUCH A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AT JACQUELINES. WHEN YOU FIRST WALK IN, ALL THE BRIDAL GOWNS WERE ON BUSTFORMS DISPLAYED NICE AND NEATLY SO WE DID NOT HAVE TO RUMBLE THROUGH ANY BAGS. THEN WE WERE GREETED BY A LADY AT THE FRONT DESK, WHO ASKED US IF WE NEEDED ANY HELP. WE TOLD HER WE WERE JUST STARTING FOR HER BRIDAL GOWN. SHE BEGAN BY TELLING US A LITTLE BIT OF THIER STORE AND HOW THIER DRESSES WERE DISPLAYED. THEN SHE ASSIGNED US TO A WEDDING CONSULTANT WHO WAS GREAT. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK TO SHOP MORE.

Don't Buy Untill You Shop at Jacqueline's

Before visiting Jacquelines, I went to 3 other stores trying on bridal gowns. My first visit to Jacquelines was memorable. I took my mom, sister and 2 cousins with me to get their input on the dresses I tried on. Upon arrival, everyone there was super friendly. And we didn't have to wait long to begin our Jacquelines experience.

We wasted no time and pulled dresses and I was trying them on in a matter of minutes. I tried on about 4 dresses before putting on "the one" dress...I think I knew it was the one when Ernestine made all the necessary dress pulling and adjustments and it took my breath away. Jackie provided me with all the accessories to show how the look would be completed. I definitely knew it was "the one" when I kept walking around in it and never wanted to take it off.

Needless to say, I bought the dress and can't wait til it comes in!

Thanks Jackie for helping me find the dress of my dreams!!!

I Loved Jacqueline's Bridal Salon

I loved Jacqueline's Bridal Salon, I have gone shopping to quite a few bridal shops in the past few weeks and Jacqueline's Bridal was definitely my favorite. I made an appointment and had such a good experience. Jackie was was so helpful she helped me pick out many wonderful dresses. I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. After seeing some of the styles I selected, Jackie pulled a couple dresses that she thought I might like. I ended up buying one of those gowns. The dresses they have in the store are in very good condition, unlike some of the other stores I have been to. There was a large variety of bridal gowns to choose from and Jackie knew her stuff! They have the largest variety of bridesmaid dresses. I have seen anywhere I was quite impressed. I would definitely recommend this shop to any bride!
