So way back in October I decided to look at buying a house. With my credit not being stellar, by any strech of the imagination, I called Denver at ACM. After checking my credit, he told me what I really allready knew...my score was too low. At that point he could've just said: "sorry 'bout your luck.", and hung up the phone. What he did instead, was #1, educate me in the universe of credit, credit scores, and credit history...and #2, he walked me through-step by step on what to do to improve it, and did a lot of the work himself....My credit score has gone up almost 200 points in 8 months, and I'm two verbs away from owning a home...Denver and the crew at Anderson didn't have to do that...they didn't get paid for it...but they did....They shattered the mold of what I thought a mortgage company was, and without their help I'd still be where I was back in October...waiting for my credit to magicaly improve ITSELF....

I'd definitely recommend this company to my friends. Very professional group. More importantly, it was an easy process. I refinanced from start to finish in about 2 weeks!

Anderson Capital Mortgage was able to do, what I thought was impossible. I moved from DC to Nashville on June 1st and my credit is not the greatest; they had me approved 100% financing and moved into my house in less than 3 weeks. They also took a special interest in my family and made us feel as a part of theirs--to include insuring we were purchasing the right home for our families needs, that is above and beyond.

We have used Anderson Capital Mortgage for two home purchases. This company is both personable and knowledgable; which is a hard combonation to find. We compared rates and shopped around both times, and found that Anderson Capital Mortgage found us the absolute best mortgage for our situation. We felt that they treated us like family and had our best interest in mind. If you are looking for a mortgage company who will truly WORK FOR YOU, I would recommend calling Anderson Capital Mortgage.

I never thought I'd be able to get a home loan! These guys really took the time to make it work. The company is family owned and operated; I was very impressed by their professionalism and industry knowledge.
