I went to Ted's last night for the first time. I was hoping for a nice dinner however they were busy which shouldn't be a problem as that area of town is always busy so one would think they are equiped to handle. We ordered and when our food was delivered, what I received was incorrect and some items I requested were completely missing. I understand mistakes are made however the server never came back to check on us and only showed up to deliver the bill. When I tried to engage the server in a brief conversation at that point, he acted uninterested and walked away from me while I was still talking. The food - even wrong -was good but there are way too many choices in the area to tolerate the lack of service.

Cons: Terrible service!

Comparable in taste, atmosphere, and chainishness to Ruby Tuesday's with better desserts but without the salad bar and slightly higher cost. You can do better.

Pros: tasty burgers

I was first introduced to Ted's on my 16th Birthday, it was delicious. I frequent there 2x a month now!! I love their Bision Cheeseburger and onion rings! ***** 5 Stars for Taste!!

I was a little skeptical about bison burgers, but Ted's changed my mind completely! I loved enjoying a burger that was actually healthy! Topped with mushrooms, avacado, Swiss cheese, it was a meat-lovers dream. And healthy! I still can't get over it! Yum!

After reading some of the other reviews I can see that the management actualy reads what people are writing about. My wife and I went there on a whim for our anaversary /valentine's day. Although there was a wait for a table, usualy when there is a wait, there are a quite a few other people that enjoy coming here. The service was very good with a friendly waiter. Prices were very reasonable. Portions were very good as well as the taste. I found this to be friendly with out being pushy. I would definately recomend Ted's to friends visiting Nashville.

Take your food to go, friends. The general manager is obnoxious. He literally came by our table 4 times insisting we try their dessert. Take a hint, GM, leave us alone! Annoyingly not-funny, and spoke down on more than one occasion to our server who was very attentive right in front of us. Highly unprofessional. I also felt the manager was a little too touchy-feely with our child and this made us quite uncomfortable. Keep him out of the picture, tone down on the suggestive selling, and maybe you'd improve you return customer count.

Great Burger Joint!!. I never frequent chain restaurants however went there once and can not stop going. The Bison is good if you like lean meat. The Beef burger on the other hand is just outstanding. It is hard to top a burger from there, it does not help the fact that the roll it is on is as good as the burger itself. Check it out you won't be dissapointed.

I lvoe Teds, and to answer the last reviewer i have NEVER been to Montan, so i cannot compare Teds to Montan, come on now!!! I lvoe there burgers, add a fried egg, it is delicious, i have been there about 5 times, and always love and crave there food...it is an open kitchen so u can see them cooking..i love that place

Disinterested greeters and servers, all the staff wandering about with about as much enthusiasm as zombies (sorry zombies). Poor food - Moulded bison patty slapped on a bun with a scoop of avocado (but the menu said sliced). Veg. of the day - limp asparagus and I mean limp. Go make the effort folk and shop for buffalo and make your own burgers at home - this is not good food, the previous reviews astound us - have any of you actually been to Montana, even the bison head on the wall looks fed up. Good glass of Rancho Zabaco though!

This was my second visit to Ted's and again, the food was outstanding. The bison burger was flavorful and perfectly cooked. The waiter, however, must have had more pressing duties in side (we were seated outside) because we saw him maybe twice after we got our food. Fortunately, another server handling a nearby table stepped in and got us refills. Our server also took forever to come back and to get our check/credit card. Despite the spotty service, I'd return for the awesome food.

Pros: terrific food, good-sized portions, nice patio
