its one thing to get a beutiful bouquet , but the problem i find the most is how long they last ,these flowers looked great for two weeks

They do the most amazing job! Flowers are always, always just beautiful and the gift baskets are the perfect gift for that special someone. Very personable and everything has always been exactly what we wanted.

At life's most wonderful or most stressful times, this company, headed by the effervescent Miss Brenda, calms the storm.....she has brought tears to my clients eyes......whether happy or sad ....with the breath-taking floral arrangements and unique gift baskets I have ordered.......from major Grand Ole Opry stars, to the children of everyday clients, I get the praise and glory for her ingenius ideas.......she makes me look as good as her work! My husband found Custom Baskets and Bouquets on the internet and sent me flowers at work. they were the most beautiful roses I'd seen in a very long time. From that time on we always call on Custom Baskets and Bouquets to send our friends, and family members special baskets and flowers for special times through out the year. They do a wonderful job.

I have not seen the basket but I am sure it is beautiful because my friend, where the basket went to, told me so. What I really can comment on is the lady who took my call (I think she is the owner of the business): her name is Brenda and she helped me with so much enthusiasm, gave me many suggestions how to put the gift together and was simply a very delightful lady.And that is why if I need to order flowers or chocolates again, I certainly shall go back to this great shop in Mt. Juliet! A+. For sure:)

I can't say enough good things about the fantastic baskets that Brenda creates. They are beautifully designed, the items that she included for my baskets were very special and exactly as requested. Her baskets never failed to put a beautiful smile on the face of my loved ones. They absolutely LOVED the baskets. Over the past three years, I have had three different types of baskets delivered to family members in Vanderbilt Hospital. The delivery was aways quick and efficient. The baskets are gorgeous. I live in North Carolina and would love to find a florist like Custom Baskets here. At a time when good customer service is so difficult to come by, I can't recommend Custom Baskets & Bouquets enough.

Ordered flowers for my wife last week. she was more than thrilled! They were absolutely gorgeous. The service and quality, as well as the attention to detail was extremely satisfying. I would recommend this flourist to anyone!

I found this wonderful florist on Citysearch while looking for something special for the funeral of a 5 month old baby boy. I called and spoke with Brenda. She could not have been more helpful and considerate, especially with the difficult circumstances. I ordered at around 10 am and when I arrived at the funeral home that afternoon I found the most beautiful arrangement in a very special container. It was just what I had hoped for after speaking with Brenda. Reputable businesses are not easy to come by these days, but I found one at Custom Baskets & Bouquets. I will be a regular customer now. And, I will recommend them to all my friends and family. Mt. Juliet (and the Nashville area) are lucky to have this business for their floral needs.

I liked my Valentines basket very much. I was so surprised. The teddy bear and crayon bubble bath are my favorites. Thank you for making my holiday so special even at school.

Just wanted everyone to know this Lady and her staff has overcome and met all expectations again. We live in Charlotte NC and everytime we need something special she has come thru and went above my ideas. Not only did she go out of her way to obtain a gift certificate for my order (went to cracker barrel) she put togther the perfect basket for my in-laws. This is the only business that would even consider doing some of the personal touches that we want. Thanks so very much. If you are looking for something out of the ordinary call her and you will get it.
