We are new home owners and have looked multiple places for furniture. We purchased a study table about four months ago from Finders Keepers store in Coolsprings. It was delivered on time and with great care as it had to make its way up through a narrow staircase. But this review is not about that. About 4 weeks ago, we did a special order with FK for our master bed. They helped us browse several options and finally we knew what we wanted. It was delivered on time (as usual) and assembled at my house. While doing the assembly they realized that the headboard had some minor scratches on it. They completed the assembly (so we could start enjoying our new bed). They then special ordered a new headboard. It was a very professional and satisfying experience. Not many people know about the 'special order' option at Finders Keepers. Encourage you to find out. Thank you FK!

Worked with the Finders Keepers in Cool Springs and couldn't be happier. The furniture is high quality and looks amazing in my new home. Could be happier. Also, they were genuinely concerned with helping us find what we needed. Loved that we could do consignment or brand new pieces.

I stumbled upon Finder's Keepers one Saturday and left with a truckload of furniture AND money in my pocket. The wonderfully helpful staff assisted me in choosing just the right pieces but were never pushy. Just a small delivery fee and they had it all to my house the next day. I've already been back...you will too.
