I have been a member of gyms all over the country and I have felt most at home with Gold’s gym on Nolensville Rd. I joined about a year ago. Alex, Mike, and Nick are awesome. These are the most professional guys I have ever dealt with. Alex was very helpful with dietary needs, Mike helped with setting some awesome cardio goals, and Nick got me started on a strength training program that helped me win Mr. Big South, and marathons in 3 cities. If your looking for a place to meet your fitness needs Gold’s Gym is the place. Its an amazing gym, long hours, cardio theatre, large workout areas, and friendly staff, and members.
