I love the ice cream. I have never had anything like it before. If you havent tried it you should i promise you will fall in love with it.

I love Maggie Moos. The staff is great, and it's a wonderful place to meet up with people to hang out. You go shopping and then go get ice cream. How can it get any better than that? Plus.. um.... it's amazingly delicious!! I love the mint flavors and experimenting by putting different mixins in my ice cream. And I love that they seem to have new flavors every time I come in.

Maggie Moo's in Green Hills has some of the best ice cream i've ever had - other than my own homemade recipe of course :) We went this last weekend and there was a line to the door, but the staff got through the line pretty quickly and it was definately worth the wait. And I found the kids to be quite pleasant but not over the top. The 'better batter cake carnival' is my recommendation but there's a huge variety of ways you can customize your ice cream.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this Maggie Moos. They were all so friendly and very helpful with suggestions of what to order! The owner was even serving ice cream and helping out, which was very impressive as he was extremely friendly as well. We will definitely return for more ice cream soon!

At first I thought all the other reviewers were crazy with all of their 5 stars, but then I realized no one had written a review of this place in the past year. I as well as my co-workers have gone over to Maggie Moos in the Green Hills Mall Shopping area on multiple occassions only to find a bunch of teenage kids with attitude behind the register who could care less if there are 18 people in line or not! They are rude and it took me 40 minutes just to wait in line and when I finally reached the counter I was told that they were out of Chocolate?!?! I'm sorry but this place is ridiculous and I wonder if the manager even knows what kind of service they are providing. If you love Maggie Moos go to the one on West End. They might have a bunch of kids working there, but they are nice and helpful!

Pros: good ice cream

Cons: horrible service

My husband and I love Maggie Moo's. We've been to both locations and they're both great. We drive 30 minutes for their ice cream. It's a great treat!

Pros: the great ice cream and all the add in's

Cons: none!

Maggie Moo's has to be the BEST ice cream in the world!!! I was in Nashville on a business trip and just happened to stop by for a treat. WOW what a treat!!! I can't wait to go back. It would be worth the four hour drive!!! However, the closest one to me is 90 miles away (one way). I WILL be taking the entire family to that one this weekend!!! I usually eat at the best restaurants when I am away and this tops deserts at the finest restaurants.

This was quite possibly the most pleasing icecream experience. The employees are happy and welcoming while serving at a rapid pace. Even with the store busy with activity, you will be able to get in and out quickly. The fun-spirit and the large variety of Maggie Moo's icecream makes it a hot spot for all ages!
