SIMPLY RUDE AND POOR SERVICE

This was my 3rd or 4th time going but each of the previous times I went, I went with large groups when the place was slammed so I thought if I went at a non busy time the experience would be different. I was so wrong, the hostesses and waitresses are simply rude. The food was not good and the servers did nothing to fix the problem but look at us like we had 3 heads. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemies, find another place to spend money and take your friends out if a good experience is what you are in search of.

I Loved It!!!

1st time going to Virago. I like the choices on sushi's available. The waitress was very helpful with helping us decide what to try. Monday nights they have half off sushi. I will be there!!!

High prices, mediocre sushi, awful service

My party and I had a horrible experience at Virago. We waited nearly an hour and a half for our food, no apology from the waitress, no offer of discounted food or drinks... It was horrible! And when the food finally rolled around 90 minutes later, it was mixed up and nobody working there seemed to have any idea which was which! You'd think that with an hour and a half, they would have figured that one out... I'm never going here again!

Best sushi

My husband & I went here for Valentines. We were seated promptly (without a reservation). The waiter was terrible, however. He introduced himself and then proceeded to walk passed us numerous times for 15 mins. It was very irritating. The food did come in a reasonable time and the ambience was nice. It was just that stupid waiter. At least he gave my husband and I something to laugh about for the rest of the evening.

Absolute Best

I was introduced to Viragos by a very dear friend of mine and I have been a fan since my first visit 3 years ago! Everyone that I have taken with me loves it as well. I go for the atmosphere and of course the SUSHI! My favorite roll is the YUM YUM roll, but last Wednesday I discovered another one that is AWESOME! You must have the Rising Sun, I know it is $20 for 6 pieces but it was money well spent. The fact it doesnt have rice in it makes it very light but it is packed with flavorful fish. Looking forward to going this summer when the windows are open and the cool breeze of the night is blowing thru!

• Pros: Fresh Sushi, Good Location, Variety on Menu
• Cons: Can have long waits if no reservations

I absolutely loved Virago!!! The Godzilla roll is to die for!! The service was wonderful and the atmosphere was modern, yet inviting. I will go back again!

• Pros: Parking was convenient and valet is available and appreciated on a busy night.
• Cons: None...I had a wonderful experience!

Romantic - Great Desserts

Romantic atmosphere, very cozy seating. The desserts are exquisite! Gotta try "Between the Sheets" with a good Merlot. Very Trendy, fun girls night out

Eww- I just ate here after hearing it was a "trendy" place with good eye candy. Not so. Everyone there is trying WAY to hard! Where were all the "hot" people? I just saw really desperate, old (30's) guys who were trying so hard to look like they had money. Go here if you want to talk to the lamest guys in nashville. The sushi is okay, but the drinks are so weak! Don't waste your best dress on this place!

Tasty Spicy Tuna Rolls & Crappy Service

I have been here several times and the one thing that stood out was the horrible service and noisy atmosphere.It took and "act of congress" to get the servers attention for another drink for my friends and i! I will say the food is pretty good but the service and noise brings that down unfortunately.
