Okay for coffee, but not much else...

Which is why I gave it TWO stars, instead of one. If you're looking for a cup of coffee, there are better places to go but Provence is certainly not the worst.
However, their food is not good. We went for lunch for the first time today and it was not good, at all. I originally ordered the Roasted Lamb panini, but they were out of roasted lamb. That was peachy keen. I tried again with the White Cheddar panini (roasted leeks, bacon, white cheddar...) and was given a Roasted Vegetable panini (roasted squash, spinach, eggplant). Not only was it the wrong sandwich, it was not tasty at all. My boyfriend ordered the Montecito which would have been okay if not very soggy. I also got a sparkling water that was flat...
*sigh*
- Cons: Bad value ($25 for very below average food and drink), no communication from staff.
Changed their coffee and no more free refills

The most recent review before mine praised the Dancing Goats coffee. Well, you can forget that! Learned yesterday that they have changed coffee vendors and now have only one kind available. Furthermore, there are NO FREE REFILLS. When I complained, the guy behind the counter said, "You get what you pay for." First of all, the coffee didn't seem any better to me. And one of the things I pay for is a place where I can visit with friends and get up and refill my coffee when I want. I've been going there for years. I love the bread and pastries but I'll think twice before I go back, unless they change the coffee policy.
- Pros: bread and pastry
- Cons: no choice of coffees; charge for refills
Very Disapointed

I ordered French Onion soup, Tiramisu and fruit tea. The soup was average at best, with no cheese. The fruit tea was $2 for probably 6 ounces of tea, glass full of ice and no free refills. The worst part was the Tiramisu. It was not moist and taste like it had been in the refrigerator for ever, every bite was worse than the one before. Customer service was no good either. This terrible meal (if you can call it that) cost me $12. I refuse to eat there again.
