There is no way to reach leasing manager "Mary"...

The worst leasing management I have ever seen. There is no way you can get in touch with her. I left voice mail 3 times, no respond. I went to the mall two times, she wasn't in the office. I sent email, no reply! I don't know how she became a manager. I will call CBL and complain about Mary who is the leasing manager. After all these hassle, I decided not to open a business in the mall. A mall like Cool Springs and manager like "Mary" don't match at all! SHAME!!!
