We had to reschedule our move at the last minute due to the hurricane, and the movers still called the day they were originally suppose to move us saying they were on their way over. So, there was apparently a miscommunication about that issue which left us a little worried about if anyone would show up for the rescheduled date. But , we had an outstanding team that showed up right on time to move us. There team leader was Jose Gomez, who has been working with 3 men movers for 10 years. He was so professional and his team did a wonderful job of providing quick but careful service to us. They wrapped everything so well that there was no damage to the furniture or the new house. And, all three movers would drop one item and literally run down the stairs to grab the next thing during the whole process. We definitely felt fortunate to have Jose working with us especially after seeing mixed reviews about the company. I would recommend Jose and his guys to anyone that I know. Ask for his crew for sure if you go with this moving company. They made this the easiest move ever!

I booked our move for a Tuesday. The company called to confirm a Friday move, somehow the scheduler got everything completely screwed up. We rebooked the move for a Thursday at 7 am. At 8:50 the moving truck finally showed up. The guys didn't bring enough packing supplies with them so they had to use what we had left over. Since they were late they just threw our stuff in the truck so several pieces ended up getting broken, including an antique dressing table. We had so much stuff they had to make 2 trips, with the high end TVs and electronics being in the last trip. Somehow the box with the surround sound system and cables for the most expensive TV was never unloaded at our new house. Now we have to replace it to the tune of over $600. The movers did not want to put boxes in the rooms as they were labeled-they wanted to just dump them inside the front door and take off. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
