AWESOME SHOP! GREAT SERVICE!

I had an awesome experience at Glitz Bridal! Ann was so very helpful and did everything she could to help me get the dress of my dreams. Unfortunately, I ordered my dress from another local shop that closed their doors leaving me and a lot of brides without dresses. I called Ann in a panic and she had my bridesmaids dresses rerouted to Glitz by the end of the week and my dress came in the next week. I wish I had ordered from Glitz to start with but feel so lucky to have found someone who was so helpful just 6 weeks before my wedding. I would, without a doubt, send any bride, anyone looking for prom dresses or for any formal event to Glitz Bridal. They have a great selection of anything you would need for a wedding or formal event plus they are the nicest people to work with! Don't waste your time going to other shops...just go to Glitz!! Ann and Ashley are awesome and I appreciate their help more than they could ever know!!! Thanks to them I have the dress of my dreams!!!

I will Never give Glitz any future business!

This was the worst experience I've ever had in a wedding. My friend chose Glitz because she knew the owner, ANN, who is extremely rude P.S. My friend had 5 bridesmaids..all of which have really busy lives. I talked with Ann several times, she was pressed for time and needed my measurements. Very abrasive in the way she handled me when I told her I couldn't get by there for measurements, but I would send her a rough estimate. Now I don't now my exact measurements, because I was a few months pregnant at the time..and growing. What I do know is that I've always been a size 10. Just to be safe I asked her to order me a size 14, and I would have it altered. She refused to order the size that I wanted, and insisted we go by my estimate measurements I had done by myself at home..which she said made me a size 22!!! I have never been a size 22 or anywhere near in my life! I tried to talk with her about this, and she was amazingly RUDE, just short of cussing I told her to order the dress(only because my friend the bride had enough stress)..and sure enough she ordered a size 22. When it came in not only did I pay too much for the dress, but the alterations which had to try to take the dress down 10 sizes!! Were more than the dress cost itself! I was not the only one who had this problem..ALL the other bridesmaids dresses were extremely to big as well. My dress never looked the same as the other girls, I had to wear a tank top under it during the wedding, and now I'm stuck with this unflattering dress that doesn't fit. Thanks, ANN..great customer service. Who cares if you ordered the dress a size 14 and it didn 't fit..it would still have been my responsibility to pay for the dress. I knew what size I was, clearly someone has ruined it for us all and now she can't trust people to tell her their correct size. I am getting married in December and wouldn't dream of using this company for my girls. Good luck, oh! and make sure you go in and have Ann measure you if you want them to order you the correct size

Do not overlook Glitz in your search for a wedding gown

Make sure to stop by Glitz before you make your decision to purchase a bridal gown. As stated in a previous post, this shop has a lot to offer, and the owner, Ann, will go the extra mile to help you find your "dream dress." I had such a great experience that I ordered my bridesmaids' dresses from Glitz, as well.
