Editorial Review for U.S. Border Cantina – by Mindy Merrell
In Short
Utilitarian wooden booths and tables populate the dim interior. The bustling parking lot dictates the scene inside: Dusty pick-up trucks crowd in at lunchtime, minivans and SUVs make up the early dinner rush, and later a steady stream of six-cylinder sedans pull in for fajitas for two. Hungry appetites go for the burrito supreme filled with ground beef and topped with guacamole, cheese and salad. The chili relleno practically explodes with smoky, char-grilled chicken.

Insider Tips
When to GoTo avoid the dinner rush on weekends, arrive before 6pm or after 8pm.
The ExtrasRed and green enchiladas are even better if you ask for a side of lettuce, tomato and onion.

Despite a couple of negative comments below I decided to try this place since I just moved to Bellevue. I've eaten there four or five times now. I try to always order different things, and I've enjoyed it all!! The servers are always so friendly and the service is so quick! I highly recommend trying this place out. The food, margaritas, and service is wonderful!
Pros: Food, Margaritas, and Friendly Servers
Cons: No cons at all!!!

I just had my first and last meal at the 'Cantina. The service was ok, but the food may be the worst I've ever had at a mexican place. I really don't know why someone would eat here. I would be embarrassed to serve such poor food.
Pros: outside patio
Cons: really bad food
