Terribe Service.....Drive on by!!. After four different attempts to get an estimate and get a follow up, including going to the store personally, I gave up. I am not thinking I should beg you to take a substantial amount of money. If the estimate service is this bad I can only think that the installation and follow up would be worse. Once they cancelled saying they had no staff. They lost the estimate. Then after a week, it was still not done. Went to Lowes and got great service, follow up and calls asking if it was satisfactory.

Excellent Workmanship. I had a hardwood floor installed by Designer Floors with custom border work done & picture framed. I was really appreciative in the detail of my order by Shari (Sales). I completely trusted the foreman and installation crew which allowed me to leave while they make all the noise. Really incredible workmanship and very detailed oriented. The crew knocked the job out in no time. Louise truly has a first class local business

Very Happy Customer. Recently remodeled my home. Louise & Shari were great. New hardwood, carpet, tile in the bathroom & granite countertops. Their installers were great. Best of all, there were NO SURPRISES! Not sure about other posting. I had a great experience and James no longer works there. They have a good reputation with the better business bureau.

Worst service experience ever! NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!. Had a hardwood floor installed in my home. Spoke with the owner, Louise Frost and set up install. The install foreman James was horrible,very un-professional, terrible install and finishing. We had a very hard time trying to get the finish and other install corrected.We were repetedly turned down to speak with Louise and were stood up on two appointments, HORRIBLE work. Run people!Crooks!!!
