Awesome Bakery. If you live in Bellevue or if you don't and are willing to drive a little to get quality breads and pastries that you can't find anywhere else, this is the place. Their cakes are first quality. Their breads fresh and so good you will want to just eat them without anything on them. The pastries esp the croissants and snowballs are to die for. I haven't found anything near this quality anywhere else in the Nashville area. I can find things here that I ate while living in Japan that no one else makes. This small business is locally owned and its employees work very hard. Highly recommended. They serve an incredible brunch in the mornings as well.

Make sure you check their hours, not open Monday or

late evenings. They make everything fresh daily so come early or call to order to avoid disappointment.

I'm impressed. Interesting items.. I grew up a few miles from this bakery and never noticed it. When I finally did, I was so happy to find such an eclectic mix of products. I had a sampling of pastries, tiramisu, and cookies (I shared!) and took home a loaf of their sourdough and their rye. I look forward to returning to try their cakes and other breads. I am really impressed that they produce so much with so little space in the back. The cashier was not able to answer most of my questions but tried. The place really needs a makeover, but I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Good food, not so good service. I like to come here despite the fact that it is out of my way because I really like the bread and pastries. My favorite bread is fan bread. The pastries I like most are the danishes and eclairs. The curry pan is also tasty. The service is questionable though. The signs everywhere do convey a negative attitude. My family and I went there once about thirty minutes til closing. The cashier asked if we were getting it to go, because the store was closing soon. Sounded like a thinly disguised "Get out" to me, which was not appreciated since I just got a large order. The barbecue sandwich was NOT GOOD either.

Light flaky pastries, fresh breads, great variety. I love the light, buttery pastries. The almond croissant is especially good-buttery and sweet at the same time. They have a great variety-everything from cakes, to french type breads and even a few Asian style breads. This place shines over chain store bakeries. After eating here, eating from the grocery store bakery is like eating cardboard. I highly recommend the fresh raisin breads, the croissants, and the strawberry cake.
