In Short
Located in the Overton Hills in Davidson County, this peaceful park offers diverse habitats and plenty of hiking. Birds like geese, herons and coots are abundant in the region, as well as frogs, lizards, turtles and other animals. Wild flowers can also be seen here, depending on the season. The 85-acre lake, for which the area was named, is popular for photographs and nature studies.

Know Before You GoBecause Radnor is a nature sanctuary, trails are reserved for hiking and wildlife observation. With the exception of Otter Creek Road, the rangers enforce a no-jogging, no-dogs, no-biking policy.

beautiful, soft trails take you into the heart of beautiful middle tennessee wilderness here. autumn is a real treat offering gorgeous views of foliage and wildlife set against the serenity of radnor lake.
Pros: beautiful, convenient, clean comfortable facilities

Love to run and hike in this beautiful forest. Watch out for the cracks in the pavement though, they can be brutal.
