Great Salads

I love the salads at City Wraps. The summer salad is my current favorite. It's piled high with fresh pineapple, cantaloupe, strawberries and honey dew with a big scoop of great chicken salad. Can't beat it on a hot Nashville afternoon. If you like spicy, the Southwest Caesar hits the spot. Come early though, it gets busy after 11:30 until about 1:00.

Best black bean salad I've ever had

I love the Black Bean Salad. It is my favorite thing to get for lunch. There is usually a long line, but it moves quite quickly. The people there are so friendly even when they are hurried. The wraps and salads are awesome!

Best Wraps Downtown

I bring all my out of town colleagues to City Wraps for lunch. They have a ton of choices, with lots of unique wraps you just can't find elsewhere like the Jamaican, Spicy Thai or Raspberry Turkey Pecan. They also make the best homemade soups like Chicken Tortilla, Thai Coconut Chicken with Lemongrass or Cuban Black Bean with Sausage. They also have wonderful salads like the Southwest Caesar and the Summer Salad. The food is tasty and very fresh, plus it is much healthier than the typical burger and fries fast food that we all get too much of. The service is quite fast considering they are one of the most popular places downtown in the Arcade.

The only complaints I get about City Wraps is that the desserts are addictive.
