I won't give them 1 bit of my money. Steven Shirley and Pinnacle Creek Hardwood Floors got a really hateful bigot / bully in there family named Jaclyn Shirley spreading her hate, nasty thoughts and evil ways on the internet.. I wouldn't want or deal with a person like Jacklyn Shirley if I were you or anything to do with her near me.

I can not brag on these men enough! I am so pleased with the beautiful work they have done on my foyer and staircase, that I've recommended them to all my friends and family. I know it was a rough job, but they've transformed my floor from dull, to beautiful in 5 days. They were also cheaper than some other companies I had considered. Great company!!

JUST BEAUTIFUL!!!. My husband and I had them do our entire home after we heard how the Opry Mills Mall and Wild Horse Saloon loved them. I know they don't usually do residential jobs, but I'm glad they made us an acception.

We deal with a lot of contractors, but these men went above and beyond to make our floor as beautiful as the trees they grew from. I would recommend them to anyone!

We were graceous they took thier time and that the quality did not suffer because of it.

ROUGH, ROUGH, ROUGH!. High priced, high maintenance, Mr. Shirley took twice as long as he originally quoted. Seems he only likes to work 4-5 hours a day without any regard OUR families schedule. These folks are everything you DON'T WANT.

STEVEN SHIRLEY AND PINNACLE CREEK IS THE WORST EVER!. We hired this company and it was the worst mistake! The owner STEVEN SHIRLEY gives you one price in the beginning and another MUCH HIGHER price when it comes time to settle up. He and his one helper (usually his son) always arrive late, work 4-5 hour days, then they think nothing of smoking inside your house and flicking cigarette butts around you yard. Then to save money they heavily dilute the poly with mineral spirits which of course looses the sheen you request. Throughout the entire 3-4 day process be prepared to listen to him complain about how "hard the job is". Of course this is the beginning of setting you up to be charged 20% more than he originally quoted. The workmanship is dreadful and terribly UNPROFESSIONAL!

He says he has Liability Insurance and is Licensed; but we found no evidence of that. Try making payment in his Company Name, he will surely insist you make the check payable to him personally.

THIS IS THE WORST HARDWOOD REFINISHING COMPANY WE HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Strongly suggest you shop around.
