Honest. Craven's did a great job fixing my Xterra after it was hit by another car. A year later, my driver side window was broken in. I went to Craven's and they said that they could fix it but it would be faster and less money if I called a mobile window repair company and gave me their name. On top of that, they vacuumed out the glass for free and listened to my whine about the break in. I highly recommend Craven's! They do great work and they are honest and kind.…
AWESOME!!. Not only do I not agree with this "sissy1974" I think the comment must be from a former employee not a customer my grand parents my parents and myself have used Craven's for the last 30 years and never once have we been treated un fair. They have been loyal to all of us and the rest of the East Nashville Communiy, practically a landmark around here. They have always went out of their way to please their customers I know this first hand....…
LIARS!. I wouldn't recommend this place if it was the last collision center on earth. They lie to their customers, hire people with shady backgrounds, treat their employees like crap and don't communicate with their customers. BEWARE!…
