Good nannies... crazy owners! Do not recommend.. I would like to start off by saying, I did enjoy working with the actual Nannies from this service. But Andrea the owner is a totally different story. She is very disorganized & very rarely will ever return your phone call. When confronted with an issue, she does not have the proper business skills to manage the problem at hand. She just sits on the phone in awkward silence saying "okay.. okay.. okay". But I need more than that, she is paid a substantial amount of money, but as a business owner... does not give back what is needed.

Do not use this agency!!!!. The owner acts like the customers owe her something. Once you sign up with the service,good luck getting in touch with her. Hopefully you will never have an emergency,cause no one ever answers!!

The caregivers are mediocre at best.

Doesn't seem to care if she helps or not. The last time I called the office her phone was disconnected. So I thought she was out of business. However when I called again a week later the voicemail was on again.

She did not pay her phone bill. Hmm makes you wonder??? There are other agencies in town ,I think ywo in Brentwood. Just be careful.
