Scared to get your hair cut?. Don't be scared with Wayne. The day before I met Wayne I had gone to 2 different stylists who had managed to butcher my hair in two differnt directions. My hair was completely uneven and no longer showed any part of the beautiful cut my reguler stylist had sculpted. I decided to call J.Bangs Salon because they are a Paul Mitchell Salon. (Special shout out to all the teachers @ Paul Mitchell Schools) When I called the Salon and explained to the receptionist what had happened she set me up with Wayne. He did an awsome job!!!!! I love to style my hair and when I do I can see every layer in my cut & its perfect. My curles lay beautifully. Thank you so much Wayne.

I love this Salon!!!!!. I enjoy my experience every time!!! Allison always makes my hair so beautiful, I get complamints every time I leave the salon! I will miss Allison while she is away having her baby. Good luck with parenthood!

What I Was Looking For!!. I loved the laid back yet classy atmosphere J Bangs had. I absolutely have made them my new salon to go to. I'm SUPER picky about the color on my hair (no one ever seems to get it right) but Wayne did such a great job!! I previously had a fave colorist I used for four years. Not anymore. It's now Wayne! I won't go anywhere else. He made, what at some salons can be intimidating, a great experience. I actually had FUN and can't wait to see him again! Thanks Wayne and J Bangs!

The Search for a Great Salon is Over!. J Bangs brings together all the beauty services you could want in one single, convenient location. The salon is upscale and elegant but very friendly and welcoming. Staff are very professional and clearly well-trained in their respective services. Customers get the sense that the staff really work as a team (which is a rarity these days!). Miss Lisa has tamed my eyebrows into submission beautifully. I'm a huge fan of stylist Wayne Roberts -- expert colorist and generally overall great hairdresser with a good sense of fashion and aesthetics. After 6 years of being Wayne's client, I would follow him to the end of the earth!

The Best Salon in Nashville!. This salon is my FAVORITE salon in Nashville Period! From the moment you walk into the salon you will notice that the atmosphere is very inviting. It feels like you are in a neatly placed nest perched high above green hills. Lots of natural light and elements surround you during your experience. They have excellent taste in decor and music. Plus you have amazing seasoned professional stylists with positive attitudes that surround you. Also I love the fact that Julie the owner always takes the time to stop and say hello. She always has a smile on her face. Not to mention I LOVE the Paul Mitchell Products they use. Oh and lets not forget the amazing rinsing bowls. WOW! After having my hair worked with for many many years the first thing I noticed was the head rest inside the rinsing bowls. This is really a jewel if you tend to have a sore neck / shoulders like I do. You can actually relax while getting your hair washed or colored. What a concept!!! LOVE it. Be sure to ask for Trish. She does amazing things with my hair and I am so thankful she is over at JBangs! I feel pretty, relaxed and pampered every time I leave the salon. I have lived in Nashville since 1997. I get my hair done approx every 6 weeks as well as my waxing service every month. I have had many different experiences with many salons and I am here to say J bangs is my personal choice over all of them. No more stuffy salons or stuck up stylists for me! THANK YOU J BANGS!!! Nashville sooo needs you!!! Pampering with shopping next door, need I say more?

Great People, Great Hair. Julie and the rest of her staff are incredible. I met Julie 1.5 years ago when I moved to Nashville. She is an amazing person. I am so proud of her for starting up her own salon and keeping a smile on her face while doing it. You cannot go wrong with this salon.

Only Place in Nashville for Yuko Straightening!. Wonderful salon started by the entrepreneurial Julie Marler. You are greeted at the door by her mother, who remembers everyone that comes in, are guaranteed a does of Southern Hospitality and world class glamor. I've been coming to Julie for two and a half years after an exhaustive search for someone in Middle Tennessee able to do Yuko System's Japanese Thermal Reconditioning Treatment, and I couldn't be happier with the results. My hair has grown a ton, and is healthy, sleek and wonderfully easy to manage. I'm always happy to schedule my next appointment!

J. Bangs Rocks. J. Bangs Salon is just what Nashville needed in a new salon. A hip, friendly and homey vibe makes the salon a non intimidating place. Judy is my colorist. She is one of 1,100 Board Certified Colorists in the country. If you want a master in the field, Judy ROCKS!

Great place. Very convenient location. I get my children's haircuts here and we all love it. Fancy and affordable at $25 a kid's cut.
