Don't bother for repairs.. $20 minimum charge up front. I brought in a purse that needed just a few small stitches through leather. When I picked it up, it looked as though my child tried to do the job. The threads were all mangled, and it is visible where the thread will be unravelling next to the work he's done. Buyer beware!

stellar service. This is where you want to go for high quality leather goods. Susan knows her merchandise and makes decision-making easy. Nice to know that real customer service still exists!

Great Place to Shop. I am not sure what the previous writer, is refering to about Steven or why he is bashing him, I have had a great experience with Steven, over the last 12 years. I have nothing but good experiences, and none of that bahavior would have been tolerated, by the owner or any other customers. Nashville Trunk and Bag is the state of the Art shopping place for any type of baggage or hand bags, gloves etc. just stop by the store and take a look they have all you need for your upcoming travels and make your own opinion. I will guarantee you will recieve nothing but excellent service.

Lover of Bags and accessories (smile)

New Owner. Nashville Trunk & Bag has been in business for over 80 years and has just been sold to an employee of 18 years.

Who better to be only the third person to own this store than someone with passion and drive. The store is full of luggage, travel accessories, wallets, handbags and the greatest selection of pens in town.

The store also provides free gift wrapping and free monogramming on all the leather products (while you wait) and the entire staff knows the merchandise inside and out.

If you're looking for corporate gifts, they can help you with that as well as special occasion purchases.

Thank goodness this business is still going strong.

Good Store - BAD Service.. While preparing for a recent business trip one Saturday I stopped in the Green Hills NTB store to purchase several things. Upon entering the store I was confronted with a character by the name of Steven. At first I though that he was just overly friendly and trying to get a good commission. I decided that his was, however, not the case. While I am a gay man I do not consider myself famboyant or "queeny" in any respect. Steven, on the other had, is the opposite of that. he apparently picked up on the fact that I too was gay. From that point on I was subjected to a variety of innapropriate behaviors including him severly violating my personal space (let me say here that his breath was horrible!), making off color comments about the tightness (or lack thereof) of my clothing, and him letting me know what days he works at NTB so that I may come visit him again.

I was extremely uncomfortable during this whole encounter and would have said something to the other woman working there but she was extremely busy herself. I left the store, without my intended purchases, and vowed never to set foot in there again. This would have been the end of the tale had I not seen a posting on Craigslist detailing a similar encounter with this Steven. The author of that post detailed a scene remarkably similar to what I have just outlined. It's apparent that this employee is using his work hours as a some sort of "pick up" time. I'm not sure if the company reads these comments, but if that's the case then I suggest something be done about this problem.

Simply put, you're losing business!
