Great place. I'm getting married in June and i'm just a hair bigger then what's in the mall. The lady was so nice and fitted me in a corset first try. She also gave my mother and I discounts for coming in the store for the friendship 20% off thing(bring a girlfriend in and you both get 20% off) I would recommend this place.

Right bra, right on!. A friend of mine and I celebrated our 40th birthdays by going to Rebecka Vaughan to get bras that fit. We are both very different body types and both came out very happy - looking younger, perkier, and as a result thinner. We hadn't looked that good in a t-shirt in a long time (I recommend bringing your tightest sweater or tee with you for your fitting). Recently sent a friend whose teen was having a tough time finding bras that fit and gave her the correct support. Though very modest, she had no issues with the sales ladies (in fact, her mom called me from the store saying her daughter was so incredibly happy to have something that was sassy, comfortable, and made her look good - plus she found a sportsbra that didn't require a second for correct support). Not cheap, but worth it (and way cheaper than plastic surgery we justified) - my bras have held up well, but I handwash. Smaller cup sizes (A-C) can buy a BraBaby online that allow you to throw them in the washing machine without damage.

Great place for a change in cup-size. When my cup-sized changed, I went to RV at the suggeston of a friend. The employee wo fitted me sold me the most comfortable bra that I now own. It was more expensive than many other stores, but it was of excellent quality, well-worth the price. The attendants enter and exit the fitting rooms frequently, but there are cover-ups hanging in the fitting rooms for the more modest customers. I purchased one bra that rubbed painful red marks into my skin, and when I took it back and explained why I hoped to return it, they gave me a store credit and found another bra for me. I have found no other store that allows any return on worn lingerie, even for rubbing/chafing. I am an unusual size, too, and RV is the only store that I've found in Nashville that carries my size; certainly the department and discount stores don't carry the size that I need. I love the store, the staff, and most of all, the selection. I can't wait for the anniversary sale!

Overpriced and Overrated.. I have heard all about this store for years and decided to give it a try.

The fitting felt rushed, I had never had never had that service performed before, so I just trusted them.

I purchased 3 bras at the total cost of over $200. One of the bras stretched out around the body so badly that I had to alter it. After that, the underwire starting poking through the fabric (this is after 4 months of wear). The second bra is ill-fitting and rubs and chaffs when worn for more than 2 hours. The third bra I purchased fits well, but is itchy and uncomfortable.

The icing on the cake is the fact that I was in Steinmart the other day and saw THE EXACT same bra as one I purchased at RV for $75 selling for $24.99.

Never again.

So-so experience.... The particular salesperson I worked with was very nice and patient, although she had no problems opening the door to my dressing room while I was still topless (the dressing room doors open up to the store, so other customers/staff can see in when the door is opened.) Ultimately, she led me to a $90 bra...not sure yet if it was worth it.

But the other workers who appeared to be more of the "management" were VERY unprofessional. While I was there they openly critized a local bridal dress shop (that happens to be where I bought my dress and who had recommended I go to Rachel Vaughn's for my corset!)...and they were complaining that the customers needed to be out by exactly 5:30 because they wanted to leave. All in all, I got the fitting I needed...but it was not the best experience.

unprofessional staff!!!. I went to this store to get an undergarment for my wedding dress. After waiting 5 min. for someone to help me, finally a woman wearing house slippers came over. She got me a Spanx type garment and had me try it on under my dress, which i had brought with me to the store. She then examined me, poked me in the belly, and asked me if I was going to lose weight before the wedding!! First of all I am 5' and 105 lbs., so I hardly account that as being overweight. Second, you NEVER say something like that to the customer. How incredibly rude and, unprofessional, and disheartening.

great for stocking up on lingerie basics. The sales people are really helpful. Love the selection! I walked away with several pairs of Cosabella panties and thigh high stay-up hosiery. I will go back when I need bras or other items.
