Top Notch Customer Service. Lev'y's without hesitation, is Nashville's top notch store for customer service. I have been working with Sara for several years now, She cares so much about her clients she calls and checks on them and their familes when there is illness or an urgent situation.

The entire staff has been nothing but superb. They even help family members pick out gifts that yes, are the exact size and are what you want. Ellen Levy even helps customers shop! The customer service is why we shop at Lev'ys. I think I would need serious wardrobe help if it weren't for Sara, Elizabeth O and Ellen. This store treats you as if you were the only person in the store!! Levy's we love you!!…

Quality, Value and Service. I shop at Levy's whenever I am in town on business. I have been extremely pleased with the quality, selection and value of their products. The tailoring is excellent and I find the staff to be very helpful, informed. On each visit I have found my sales people to be very attentive to my needs. On one occasion I was offered coffee and felt quite comfortable. I frequently recommend this store to all my associates and family. My son recently purchased a suit for his wedding and was delighted with all the help he received to make his choice and the prompt deliver of his garment.

I have shopped at many fine clothing stores and have not found anyone better than Levy's!

Unacceptable customer service.. My husband and I frequently need professional clothing and evening wear. We've tried to shop at this store on several occasions. The elitist attitude finally drove us away. I have never once been acknowledged in the store. I dress very casually on the weekends and it always feels like I'm being judged when I walk in the door, based on my appearance. I get the feeling the staff is working on a commission basis and therefore, will not assist customers who aren't wearing designer labels when they walk in the store. During one visit, I shopped for about a half an hour while my husband tried on suits. The clerks stood around and gossiped while I shopped, but never asked if I was being helped or if I needed assistance. I would not recommend this store to anyone based on their unacceptable customer service.…
