Great donut shop, with a really awesome sign out front. They were very friendly staff and the donuts were fresh and delicious. I will be back soon.

Donut Den. I had first hand experienced how good the Donut Cake was so decided to order one to share with my office in Memphis, TN. I placed on order on a Thursday to be picked up on Sunday the 20th of May after 4:00. I was assured it would be ready and didn't need to pay for it ahead of time. Went to pick up cake and there wasn't one. bWas told the order was never turned in. I had drivedn from Memphis (2 3/4 hrs) to pick up cake. Asked for the owner to call me and was told they didn't know when the owner woulod be in. Not good customer serivce to say the least.

Poor Customer Service. I normally wouldn't blast someone but after so many mistakes I feel the need to speak up. I don't understand why the Donut Den hires such idiots, after not getting a simple order correct 4 of the same flavor donuts, I went back in to exchange them and all I got was a bunch of attitude from the tall fella. Not an apology, nothing, snatched my bag and forcefully threw it in the trash and handed me the correct order of 4 same flavor donuts. It's not rocket science and it's not the end of the world to apologize to a patron. This wasn't the first time they made the same unapologetic mistake and the reason for my review. I will stay away from Donut Den until they decide to hire smiling faces (afterall it is a Donut shop not the city morgue) that will make me want to continue to support a local shop.

please offer online ordering. I love the old fashioned donuts and the apple fritters - best I ever had. The lemon poppyseed muffins are good, too. And the apple muffins - again, best I ever had. The $8 loaf of apple bread often sitting on the counter is good, too, tastes almost like the apple fritter, but it goes so fast, run in there when they open and grab a loaf before you start ordering. I agree about the online ordering; this is IMPERATIVE for all businesses. A customer will order more and get exactly what they want. Would like to see the food labeled with prices on it, too.

I was missing out!. I have lived here all my life and drove by Donut Den all the time without stopping. Usually because it was crowded or I was on a diet. I will be stopping from now on. Can't even begin to tell you what is my favorite because everything is a standout. All kinds of donuts, breads, bagels, and muffins. It's really hard to decide. Their website doesn't even begin to tell you what they have; I hope to see a detailed menu online one day so I can make up my mind in advance and leave with everything I want. I always leave forgetting something because it is so crowded in there everytime and you want to get out of there. And everyone in there is really friendly and earn that tip.

Muffins are amazing!. I went in there waiting for a movie to start at Green hills and bought the apple cinnamon and blueberry bran muffins thinking they wouldn't be so great. but i was completely wrong!! they were soooo good, so good that i've called to have put some on hold and have driven all the way from madison for them. not too sure on the donuts though they never seem to have any whenever i go!

Famous icon, best HUGE texas donut cakes for parties!. The Donut Den is somewhat of a famous icon around Nashville. Every Saturday morning people line up for donuts for the family! Best apple & Hawaiian fritters! (I love to put mine in microwave for 30 secs.even better!)

We order Texas size donuts as birthday cakes and they are HUGE! Big cake box size. One year Donut Den made a fish cake out of donut with colored icing for fins! Everyone is always impressed with the donut cakes and have started getting them too! Kids love them, and not messy like cakes! Great variety of donuts!

This is a family owned business and we need to continue to support them! Remodeling inside is like a 50's dinner, and well-done. Highly recommend as a weekend ritual or drop by for coffee and donur or bagel!

Hmmmm, donuts seem a day old. Okay this has been a really great place to get a mom and pop shop donut. Think Dunkin Donuts but better. The bagels/with cream cheese is still GREAT. However, I think with rising costs and the poor economy this store has had to compensate buy not throwing out donuts and using leftovers for the next day. That's what the donuts have tasted like recently (not as fresh). I got a plain glazed and a fritter and i don't know it tasted kina dried out.

Ummmm I'd recommend that if the worker is gonna sit in the front because it's slow at night, please wash your hands orrrrrrrr put on gloves to serve the donuts ( i know you use that wax paper to pick up donuts but still...)

STill a fantastic place, but I'm looking for other donut stores as of now...maybe i'll come back in a couple of months.
