My Last Visit!.
After just stopping by Bread & Company on Hillsboro to pick up a "boxed" salad and being charged $14.19 for it, I realize why I previously stated that I would not go back. This time I mean it.
The salad was poor quality and doesn't appear to have been freshly prepared today.......dry turkey and 2/3 of it was lettuce............think they are really taking advantage of the public.
I would recommend you stay away until they either lock the doors or change their behavior.

Bread and Co has consistently disappointed me- why I keep giving them another try, I dont know- and I will not be giving them any more chances after today! Placed a to go order and was told it would
be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived at B & C in 20 minutes and they had not even started the order. The got the order wrong although they had read back the order exactly as we wanted things. The bagels were burned to the point of being black.
Staff is often rude. Food is overpriced and at times not even edible!
Definitely recommend going elsewhere! Try Sam & Zoes or even Panera!…

SEVERE FOOD POISIONING - AVOID THIS PLACE
I was driving through Nashville and stopped off for lunch. It was the *WORST* decision I ever made because I got food poisoning, so did my boyfriend (we share two sandwiches).
It was not until we had been on the road again for a few hours that we became ill. Doctors said that it was what we ate (and we only had Starbucks coffee for breakfast so it had to be Bread & Company).
We called them to tell them that their MEAT WAS CONTAMINATED but they just said they comply with the usual food & safety requirements.
The authorities should CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN ASAP.…

What a rip off. Ran out of soup but was told there was some in the cooler for sale but we would have to take it home to reheat it. nice.
turkey salad bland, fruit tea sour ( manager said it was '' fine'' )

This company has gone downhill faster than a greased toboggan on Mt. Everest! Consider: Why is there still not a website after two years of "coming soon". Why are there fewer employees and higher
prices? Why won't the owner answer any customers complaints, etc?
This company PLANTS REVIEWS on citysearch!!! I witnessed it although it was supposed to be a "secret at administration" but we heard about it and I witnessed it. Look around November 2006 through early 2007!!!! For ALL locations. Who are the one-time or few-time reviewers with the 5-star ratings in the middle of all the other negative feedback??? INSIDERS. Hiding the fact that the owner is off fishing all over the world with YOUR $$$ rather than caring about your purchases. Or enjoying one of two Belle Meade houses. If you are employee that won't be abused or who has morals - find a job somewhere else!!!! Mommy really screwed up giving sweet sonny this business - it was great before he took it!
Don't support the mentioned and unmentionable "habits" - Jersey Mikes and others will treat you right and have owners who care!!!!…
