Lincoya Bay

RUN AWAY!. It would be wrong of me NOT to warn apt seekers about Lincoya Bay. The management is not helpful or accomodating. Good luck getting any maintenance repairs performed promptly OR correctly. And worst of all- we were robbed while living in this apartment "community" and the management did absolutely nothing to help us. They wouldn't even change the locks or answer my calls. We were not the only ones, either. We are not being unfair or vengeful- we just want people to know what we wish we knew- before we moved into Lincoya Bay. RUN AWAY!
