Very courteous and good job.. We were excited to give Fin Den a try because they are locally owned and operated. We found new management to be excellent, professional, courteous and gave us some good dog-care suggestions. We chose the breed trim, which turned out well. They also took care of our little flea problem, and seemed to respect and sympathize our insistence on avoiding dangerous chemicals. They offer quality and natural products. Renovation and rearrangement of the storefront has been done, and space is utilized better for the customer. Didn't experience anything like the 'worst groomers ever' review... perhaps new management had taken over afterwards.…

worst groomers ever. I have used the Fin Den a few times and I only liked it one time. I thought I would give it a try again because I heard they had a new groomer. Big mistake. I should have turned around a walked out with my dog when I noticed the groomer putting out her cigarette in the grooming area. (I know professional, huh) But I didn't. My bad. My boyfriend picked up my dog and didn't say anything about how she was cut. When I saw her I was shocked at how uneven her cut was. The hair on her back was 2inches longer in some places compared to other places. My poor dog's hair is butchered. I will not go back there. Don't chance your dog's hair there either.…
