BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN TOWN!!!!. I will recommend Flowers By Brookie to all my friends! By some miscommunication, my Valentine's basket was never delivered to me yesterday (Feb 14)...when my husband inquired at the shop today, they wouldn't even let him pay for it!!! He told them he just wanted his delivery fee reimbursed, but the kind lady at the counter said they were so sorry about 'ruining' our Valentine's, the basket was free!! I've never heard of such a thing in the recent past years and it's VERY refreshing to know there IS at least ONE company around willing to do the right thing. My family will patronize Flowers by Brookie from now on! AND the basket was so cute and cleverly designed!!! I absolutely love it! Thank you all at Flowers by Brookie, Donelson!!!!!!!

A dear friend passed away and I ordered flowers from Brookie, The arrangement was just lovely and arrived at the appropriate time.
Also, my daughter-in-law used Flowers by Brookie to create the flowers needed for her wedding. Everything was just as we requested and we were very pleased with the service.
This is a wonderful, locally owned business and you won't be disappointed if you use them. Be really clear in your desires and everything will be great. I think some folks believe florists should be mind-readers and when they aren't, they get slammed in a review!
