$1.89 for kids drinks!. $1.89 for kids drinks brings the kids' meals to $6.00 each. Not good if you have three kids and really bad if one doesn't even drink one whole glass.

Nothing says Old Southwest quite like peanut shells on the floor.. The Fare
Highly seasoned chips and fresh salsa with black beans make a perfect beginning to a meal at Santa Fe Cantina. This chain specializes in Southwestern fare with an all-American twist. Alongside soft tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and fajitas, Santa Fe serves hickory burgers, Southern fried catfish, loaded baked potatoes, and fried chicken salad.

In A Hurry?
Lunchtime offers a special express menu with smaller portions of these dishes, also offered in combinations. The casual atmosphere and crowd pleasing menu makes for perfect group and family dining, while the lengthy list of margaritas and appetizers makes it a prime happy-hour destination.

Great Tex Mex with excellent service. We were promptly seated and greated with a smile. They have a great selection of appetizers and their meals are fabulous! Our waitress was extremely friendly and kept our glasses full! I highly recommend to everyone.

The Peanut Shells Are Gone!. The staff is always prompt, professional and friendly. The food is very good. The steaks are hand cut and prepared to order. Portions are generous and the prices are appropriate for what you get. For those of you wanting something not quite as filling, I recommend the steak and rolls or getting the nachos to share. A quick note about the ambience: As I noted above, the peanut shells are history. However, you might want to avoid going during UT or Titans games or when tour buses are evident. We have had people stand right over our table while we were trying to eat so they could get a better view of the game. (One man even accidentally put his hand on my plate and then walked off wiping his hand without even making eye contact. Yech!) The tour folks tend to run the waiters ragged and slow things down.
