Thick Chimichangas.
Of all of the Mexican restaurants in Nashville (that I've visited so far), Casa Fiesta is my favorite. Their chimichangas are big! Other Mexican restaurants serve a much thinner chimichanga. Casa Fiesta also serves rice AND beans. Others serve rice OR beans.
I've dined here more than ten times and never had bad service. In fact, it's always been exceptional.

Not-Quite Authentic Mexican-but really good!. Nice place, I'm really surprised it's at a hotel. Huge container of guacamole for $3.50, I actually shared it with the guy across from me. Nothing unusual here, just typical American-Mexican food, but generous portions, tasty salsa, good service (although I don't like being called "lady" instead of "miss"). I think they may hire illegals, though, so I don't think I'll go back. They don't get shots there, you know. Think about it.

Good Mexican Food.... Food was excellent and service was very good too. Good value for your money as well. The chips were excellent. You have to watch for the entrance (it is with the Comfort Inn and easy to miss)

CASA FIETSTA IS A PERFECT 10!. Casa Fiesta is by far the best place in nashville to get a pitcher of delicious maragritas to wash down some tasty mexican food. Now that's when you say, "I'm lovin' it!"

best mexican food in town. We live in Hville and drive past 50 mexican restaurants to eat here. Nachos Al Carbon....you will not be sorry...not like any nachos you've ever had....they don't have anything like it anywhere. The salsa is yummy and different from the average also. The location is a little scary (days inn), but it's clean and the servers are efficient.

YUM YUM YUM. Awesome service and food. The best margaritas and chicken fahitas I have ever had. Expect busy nights and waits because the food is MUY BIEN!!!
